Our evening with Leo Lopez was nothing less than extraordinary. He played his guitar and sang for my mother's 90th birthday celebration at a restuarant with 25 members of our family from ages 12 to 65. He played non-stop for over an hour and each of his musical selections was met with improptu and heartfelt applause from everyone in the room. My mother is from Puerto Rico and so is Leo Lopez so his mastery of Spanish music captivated her and inspired her to get up and dance around the room. In her 90 years, this was her most memorable birthday. My mother was in heaven and we all owe Leo a great debt of gratitude. Leo is a talented, charming and pure professional.

I would recommend Leo to anyone. He showed up promptly. He was dressed appropriately for the occasion. Very professional and interacted with the staff and guest appropriately. His music was exactly what discussed on the phone. He smiled a lot and was interested in being there. I would definitely use him again.

I can't say enough positive things about this experience. I had never booked a professional musician before but will certainly do so again. The promptness, courtesy and demeanor of this performer, and most of all the quality of the music were all exceptional. My guests and I were delighted. You guys made me look good!

Leo Lopez did not show up for the party - he sent a friend. The friend was an excellent guitar player, but I did not have an opportunity to hear him before the party. I did not know until 2 days before that Leo himself would not be coming. The friend showed up 10 minutes before the party to set up. It was a stressful transaction, but it turned out well.

What the client wrote, "Leo Lopez did not show up for the party- he sent a friend" is misleading and untrue. I have never "not shown up" for an engagement in the twenty years that I have been doing this. When I saw that the client had decided to book the event and I had already signed another contract since I did not receive a response from this client, I had my manager contact her to inquire as to whether or not she wanted me to send my partner (not my friend) who performs with me weekly in my duo in order to ensure that she had music. The client agreed to this. I spoke with my partner at 5:30pm and he was unloading, at 5:50pm he was plugged in and ready to perform.

Leo was responsive and professional from first contact. The day of the performance, he arrived early and was energetic and upbeat. We hired him to play during a corporate dinner and his performance was delightful! I can't say enough about how much we enjoyed having him play for us.

Leo was a superb performer. Everyone was in awe with his talent and command of the Spanish guitar. My guests enjoyed his performance and his repertoire of Classical, Flamenco, Spanish, Latin and Jazz Guitar was outstanding. Definitely will hire again. He was also super nice, a gentleman and someone with a sweet, humble spirit.
