DESCRIPTION:
With over 25 years in the music business Hary O'Donoghue has become a master floksinger, storyteller and songwriter. Onstage with acoustic guitar, bodhran (Irish skin drum) and his gentle voice, Harry weaves and interconnects a pattern filled with history and culture, his songs telling the story of Ireland past and present. Add to that his quick wit, funny stories, engaging humour and ability to draw an audience into his show and the result is a wonderfully enjoyable and memorable experience.
Harry has performed in many settings, from state of the art Performance Centres, universities, festivals, conventions, clubs, workshops, and cruises to intimate house concerts. He leads a Tour to his native Ireland annually and has a weekly radio show on Georgia Public Broadcasting.
