Ed Stephenson  Guitarist from Raleigh, NC

Ed Stephenson, a Toronto native, resides in Raleigh, where he heads Guitar Studies at Meredith College. He began his undergraduate studies at the Peabody Conservatory and completed his degree at the North Carolina School of the Arts. Ed has performed throughout North America, not only as a soloist but also as a member of the North Carolina Guitar quartet and the Paco Band. Locally he has performed with the North Carolina Symphony, the North Carolina Theater, the North Carolina Bach Festival and the National Opera Company. In 1995 he was the recipient of the North Carolina School of the Arts Teacher of the Year Award.
