Very seasoned Acoustic Guitarist/Singer specialising in Chet Atkins Fingerstyle Guitar. Performs a wide variety of music ranging from Merle Haggard to The Beatles featuring several guitar instrumental peices. I particulaly enjoy playing for weddings. Rest assured you will recieve an impressive performance. If I don't think I can provide that for you, I will inform you of that. I have a Classic Rock Band available also. I also perform in small ensembles with more emphases on vocal performances. I a project for just about anything needed.
I started learning guitar in 1969. There was an old guitar laying around the house ever since I can remember. I used to watch the guitar players on tv and beg my parents to let me learn. I was probably 4 or 5 then. Finally at age 11, my father bought me an amp and signed me up for lessons. They thought I wouldn't stick with it, but I took to it right from the 1st lesson. I used to practice every spare moment I had. To this day, when I'm learning new things, I still put in that practice time.
I also teach guitar at my home durning the school season.
