DESCRIPTION:
The Tom Cats are a classic rock band playing hits from the 50's, 60's, and 70's. We have been together for over 10 years and love to play anything from backyard birthday parties to weddings on the ocean. We have excellent 3 part harmony vocals so we can rock out to songs like, "Mustang Sally" and "Hang on Sloopy". My current favorite is our jazzy-rock version of, "Love is kinda crazy with a Spooky little girl like you". We have a lead guitarist that rivals the famous guys like Clapton - crowds actually yell for Jim to play on and on as if he were a "guitar hero" (no kidding!). We also have an excellent saxophone player who plays keyboards as well. Rounding out the band are a rhythm guitarist, bassist, and drummer. We can play easily for hours and hours and if you're dancing, we will play the song until you drop! We play the slow ones and good ole rock 'n roll!We will also learn a song or two for your event!
