Reyna y su Trio travels the entire Bay Area, Monterrey, Napa Valley, Santa Rosa, Contra Costa, Central Valley-Fresno, Sacramento areas, etc. Sound is provided at NO EXTRA COST when hired for two hours or more. They dress elegant (suit & tie) or charro, upon request. Popular songs like La Malagueña, El Pastor, La Cigarra, Cucurrucucu Paloma, Por Una Amor, Volver Volver, El Rey, Cielito Lindo, La Bamba, Guantanamera, Sin Ti, Gema, Cerca del Mar, The Next Teardrop, Ave Maria (for masses), etc. are part of an extended repertoire which also includes many more boleros, rancheras, huapangos, birthday songs, corridos, cumbias, and religious hymns if appropriate to your ocassion. They preform at Cinco de Mayo events, weddings, dinners, birthdays, mothers/father day, quinceañeras, masses, serenades, baptisms, funerals, burials, boat cruise's, wineries, etc.! They perform large venues or small, residential/ private parties. They follow your event itinerary.
This elegant and classy Trio band was created in 2004 in San Jose, CA., by it's Lead Vocalist and Director Reyna Santillan. Individually, each musician has been performing for 35 years. Instruments include requinto, guitar, bass and maracas. Their perfectly harmonizing voices join in song to tune up romantic boleros as well as the traditional and popular songs such as La Bamba, Volver-Volver and many, many more.
Reyna y su Trio just released their latest álbum titled "Reyna Santillan con Trio "A Pesar de Todo", now being played at local Spanish radio stations, such as La Kaliente 1370 AM Radio, which is also the official radio station to the Oakland Raider's Games in Español, where Reyna Santillan, is also Station Manager/On Air Personality and Promotions Director.
A popular trio band, Reyna y su Trio performs privately as well as headlining in tremendous concerts aside critically acclaimed mariachi's like Mariachi Sol de Mexico, Shaila Durcal (daughter to the renowed Rocio Durcal) and many others.
REYNA Y SU TRIO also has performed live in front of thousands, large Cinco de Mayo and Fiestas Patrias festivals.

- Reyna y su Trio were PHENOMENAL. They were a surprised I had prepared for my party and after they left my family could not stop talking about them. Reyna came in a beatiful gown w hich made the scene even more intimate and classy. Some of my guests made certain requests and I was pleasantly surprised the Trio knew the songs and were able to please my guests.
They were prompt and most importantly they made my MOM very happy. I will definitely use them again and recomend for anyone outthere looking for great entertainment to hire REYNA y su Trio.

- Reyna and her trio were great. I hosted a small get together in our backyard for my wife's 30th birthday.
Everyone loved the music and her voice was awesome! This is my first time hiring a group like this and I'm glad I picked them. I requested they wear traditional charros and they were able to accommodate. My wife was emotional and completely surprised!
As the host, I only wished I could have enjoyed the music as much as everyone else but I was just too busy.

- it was a very injoyable event. Reyna was excellent, the other 2 gentelmen were very good, but she carried the show. We would love to have them back next year. Sunday May 5, I asked her to see if she could find two-four dancers to perform some of the time, not all the time they are here. We would rather listen to her sing than anything. - Reyna y su trio was absolutely perfect for out event. They performed during the cocktail hour and during dinner. There was an extensive list of songs from the client, most of which were for a larger mariachi band, but with the small guitars and their expertise with the songs, performed them beautifully.
