NOW BOOKING FALL, WINTER & SPRING 2009 / 2010 HOUSE PARTIES, WEDDINGS and EVENTS. Gregg Parker is an energetic full-time, solo acoustic guitarist / singer from the New Jersey Shore area who really knows how to work a crowd. One recent NJ newspaper writeup says, "...This guy could teach a Masters Class on the art of solo performing!" DUOS, TRIOS and BANDS also available! House parties, cocktail hours, dinner evenings, graduation parties, birthday parties, outdoor barbecues, pool parties, vacation getaways, rehearsal dinners, private serenades.... WHATEVER!! CURRENTLY ACCEPTING WEEKNIGHT, WEEKEND and AFTERNOON ENGAGEMENTS THROUGHOUT FALL / WINTER / SPRING 2009 - 2010. One of New Jersey's most well-liked and prolific entertainers, Gregg specializes in popular songs from the late 60's thru early 80's ( think: "classic rock" / "folk rock" ), and is equally at home at YOUR private house party as he is on a concert stage. Hosting a house party or a gathering of friends and family at a favorite restaurant? Rehearsal dinner or Wedding Cocktail Hour? Or, maybe a private serenade for your very special "someone"? CURRENTLY BOOKING PRIVATE PARTIES, WEDDINGS, SERENADES, HOUSE PARTIES, CORPORATE & PRIVATE EVENTS for ENTIRE 2009 / 2010 SUMMER, FALL & WINTER SEASONS. WEEKDAYS ALSO AVAILABLE for PARTIES, CAFES, RESTAURANTS, COUNTRY CLUBS and OTHER SPECIAL EVENTS. Whether alone or in various band combinations ( duos, trio or band ), he captures audiences with stunning vocal interpretations of popular singer/songwriters (Harry Chapin, Jimmy Buffett, Cat Stevens, Eric Clapton, Gordon Lightfoot, Van Morrison, Jim Croce, John Fogerty, Neil Young, Elton John, Paul Simon, and more). A true 'straight -up' player, Gregg's percussive style of guitar lends itself to a full-sounding accompaniment without the use of pre-recorded tracks. When a larger or fuller sound is required ( and the budget allows ), Gregg simply 'brings on the band'. Available anytime/anywhere - afternoons or evenings, Gregg is best known for delivering 'songs people know and love', much like a really good FM station. Always finding the appropriate volume for the event, longer sets and fewer 'breaks' are his 'stock-in-trade'; and his well-crafted renditions of Harry Chapin's brand of story-songs ( Harry was his hero ) are a special delight. Seldom working from a 'set list', YOUR show is unique and different from any other; Gregg works at performing what YOU want to hear - after all, it's YOUR party and YOU are the customer.... An engaging, charismatic performer who must be seen and heard to be appreciated, Gregg Parker does not accept an engagement unless he is certain that he is exactly what you are looking for; hire him once - you'll want him back again and again....

  • Gregg Parker was awesome! From the moment he arrived at my home until he left he impressed me! Every single guest asked me where I found him. I had guests of all ages from 23 to 60 and he played music everyone knew and loved. Gregg made the entire party! I can't say enough about how great he was. He was the most talented musician I'd heard in a long time. Every song was fabulous! He played for 4 hours non-stop without one break! I couldn't believe it. He is just truly an artist and so talented...I honestly didn't want him to stop playing. I've had all my guests say what a great party I had and it was all because of Gregg! -- Deborah M, Herndon, VA, 10/24/2009
  • Gregg was fantastic! We, along with our guests, were very impressed by his talent, professionalism and personality. Gregg was very accommodating when we needed him to set up 3 different times due to the weather. He did it with a smile! He continued to play for the few remaining guests and ended our night with a private show. He played a variety of music and quickly realized what the crowd liked. His talent paired with his equipment and knowledge made it sound like we had more than one performer. We were very impressed and highly reccommend him. You will not be disappointed! -- Michelle G, Roslyn, NY, 8/29/2009
  • Greg was awesome! He performed in my backyard for my Dad's 60th Birthday party. My Dad is a huge Jimmy Buffet fan and he loved it! He wants to hire him now for my sisters cocktail hour at her wedding next year. -- Dawn P, White Plains, NY, 9/26/2009
  • I booked Gregg to play a special event at Heritage Winery and the crowd of about 80 people could not say enough about Gregg’s outstanding performance. Everyone wants to know when he’ll be back and they raved about him all night. His voice and guitar skills are clearly fine tuned from the hundreds of gigs he plays on an annual basis. All the songs he played fit our setting perfectly and he sounded like a true professional. I’d like to thank Gregg for making it a memorable night for our valued customers! -- Rich H, Mullica Hill, NJ, 9/24/2009

  • Gregg did a GREAT JOB at our Wedding! I proposed a guest participation to Gregg and he pulled it off without a hitch. Our guests were very pleased with the entertainment that Gregg produced. We received quite a few inquiries about Gregg Parker's services. He made our Wedding reception a fabulous event. We would hire Mr. Parker again and suggest you do the same, if you want excellent entertainment from a VERY professional entertainer! Thank you, Gregg Doug & Carmen -- Douglas W, Washington Crossing, PA, 8/8/2009
  • Gregg was the capstone to one of the few really perfect evenings we enjoyed this year. A lovely evening, an outdoor dinner party and this wonderfully talented singer / guitarist set the perfect tone for our dinner party. Gregg worked from a selection of songs I picked out in advance and added others that he somehow knew would enthrall our friends and family. Courteous, on - time and an understated power and authority in his performance, I can't believe that someone this talented and professional lives right in my own backyard! It is no small wonder that he is in such demand - and we will be using him again soon! Kudos for 'What a Wonderful World'..... Lisa C. -- Lisa C, Moorestown, NJ, 9/15/2009
  • Greg was awesome! You can tell that he enjoys what he does and he wants the host and guests to be happy. We enjoyed him so much we asked him to play 2 hours extra. He definitely made our party memorable. -- Andrea B, Holmdel, NJ, 8/22/2009
  • Gregg was the best choice that I could make. He was amazing, everybody loved his performance and profesionalism. A lot of my guest asked me where I found him and how to get in touch with him. Overall we had a good time and definetly I would recommend Gregg for any event. -- Adriana E, Bensalem, PA, 7/18/2009
  • Gregg Parker is one of our favorite performers for our festivals and events. He played recently for our Fall Festival and he provided quality family-style entertainment on a beautiful fall day. Gregg is a top-notch guitarist and an amazing singer-AND he always engages the audience and draws children and families towards his performance with an interesting variety of popular songs from the 60's through today. Eyewitness News covered our event and even commented that our music was far above what they usually encountered at local open-air events. We will continue using Gregg-he never fails to deliver a quality, professional performance no matter what the circumstances. -- Pete J, Medford, NJ, 10/12/2009
  • We chose Gregg Parker as ouir entertainer after looking over several other entertainers. We sure are glad we did! Gregg was professional, gracious, charming and accommodating to the guests we invited for our post - wedding celebration. He handled their song requests courteously and was THE HIT of the party. We can't wait to pay off the wedding so we can have another party and enjoy Gregg's musical talents again. Our wedding is truly much more memorable for having had Gregg perform. I don't think you can go wrong with him - he is a TRUE PROFESSIONAL ENTERTAINER! -- Kathy C, Barnegat Light, NJ, 9/7/2008
  • I have booked through GIGMasters for functions in the past. None have been a disappointment! I hired Gregg to play for a small 50th birthday dinner in a rented oceanfront home in Avalon. The twelve of us listened as we ate, talked, laughed (were loud at times) while Gregg played. He handled our talking over him and our listening to him with wonderful flair and professionalism. We had the added "distraction" of the World Series, but Gregg handled it well. I hired him for 3 hours, he played longer w/ no embarrassing renegotiation scene. We paid him more & were happy to do so! He's a fun guy HIRE HIM you won't be disappointed. Thanks Gregg you made the party great fun! -- Juliette C, Avalon, NJ, 10/25/2008
  • This is the 2nd time we've used Gregg Parker for one of our outdoor tree - farm family events and he is SUPER!! I couldn't be more satisfied as he presented a wide variety of well - interpreted, popular songs from the late 60's through today, keeping our attendees pleasantly entertained for the afternoon. I've hired a lot of entertainers over the years, but Gregg is a powerfully fresh change from the same old tired "stuff" so many seem to be "mailing in". A talented singer and adept guitarist, Gregg's program was energetic, entertaining and YES - I will be using him again ( you should, too!! )! -- Ralph O, Medford, NJ, 10/10/2009
  • Gregg was exactly what I had wanted for the festival. He chose the perfect music to go with the crowd's energy. I really enjoyed listening to him and I think he is really talented. I will definately use him again! -- Michelle G, Leesport, PA, 10/4/2009
  • Gregg arrived early, was courteous, and was very accomodating to the crowd. He has such range! Thanks Gregg for providing great background party music that met the tastes of those from 8 to 80 years old! -- Jill W, Freeland, MD, 7/4/2009
  • Gregg Parker was wonderful! I had my heart set on the song "For My Wedding" by Don Henley to be sung and played as I walked down the aisle and Gregg was just perfect! I was only sorry the ceremony and reception were so rushed that I didn't get to thank him in person for helping to make my ceremony everything I had hoped it would be!! Thank you, Gregg!! ~Rachel McDonald (Hotel Monaco, DC wedding 6/20/09) -- Rachel K, Washington, DC, 6/20/2009
  • Gregg Parker is one of the most dedicated performers I have ever come across. At a recent gig aboard our cruise ship, an outdoor venue, we encountered a bit of rain to say the least. Possibly one of the hardest thunderstorms I have ever been caught in, Gregg continued to play even as hard rain had drenched him from head to toe. Greggs acoustic style was just what we were looking for. After the rain stopped and he dried out, he performed a set that left everyone who was there asking for more. Gregg delivered and played for over an hour more then he was scheduled. We will definitely use Gregg in the future as the public is demanding we do so. -- Chris B, Wilmington, DE, 7/24/2009
  • greg was, is the best i have ever heard. he made the party! -- Vincent L, Lumberton, NJ, 7/25/2009
  • Rob and I were extremely happy with the entire event. I have to admit that Rob was a little skeptical when I told him I hired a muscian via the internet. He is now a believer! Gregg's performance made the party! I know I danced all night long! We are already talking about next year. The music selection was awesome and it made for one fantastic 50th birthday bash! I have so many great memories. A good time was had by all! THANKS! -- Nancy D, Little Egg Harbor, NJ, 7/5/2008
  • Gregg Parker was great with our group who wanted to sing along with his wide range of songs. Gregg was easy to work with and everyone had a fantastic time. -- Victoria P, Alexandria, VA, 8/3/2009
  • I was so happy that I decided to hire Gregg to perform at my husband's 30th b-day party. What a talented, professional guy! He played a great arrangement of songs.. everything from Tom Petty, to the Beatles, to Willy Nelson! I would hire him again in a hearbeat. Many of my guests asked for his business card and mentioned that they would like to hire him for their next party. Thanks Gregg for making the day that much more memorable! -- Megan L, Wilmington, DE, 6/27/2009

Thank you, Gregg for your professionalism and courtesy - you truly do "make it look easy"! -- Rosie S, East Brunswick, NJ, 6/24/2009
  • OUTSTANDING! Under difficult circumstances, I was looking for someone who would be able to perform a special song for my 11 year old niece's memorial mass. Days before she passed in March, Alan Jackson released a new song titled "Sissy's Song". It was important for me to find someone who would be able to perform this song since her nick name was Sissy. When I first received Gregg's e-mail he began with expressing his sympathy then proceeded to inform me he would definitely be able to "nail it". Thank you Gregg for learning the song in such short notice, you definitely "nailed it" and your performance was evident that it came straight from your heart. GREAT JOB!!!!! -- Susan M, Staten Island, NY, 5/30/2009
  • This is the 2nd time we have hired Gregg Parker for a Corporate Event. He is an excellent singer and guitarist and he REALLY knows how to deliver the goods. He kept the crowd engaged, played expertly and allowed some of our braver guests to take a shot at singing along. To top it off, he is the nicest guy to work with.I would not hesitate to recommend Gregg for any event where your priority is to entertain. • Gregg did a great job and was thoroughly enjoyed by everyone. -- Greg H, Oradell, NJ, 5/22/2009
  • Gregg was excellent! Our party for my sister's college graduation went better than I could possibly have hoped for. Gregg was in contact for performance time, directions, song lists - even what wardrobe we wanted him to perform in! He was on - time ( early, actually ) and played a little later than we had originally agreed on! My family, friends and my sisters' friends were amazed at Gregg's vocal versatility - he even threw in an 'homage' to Louis Armstrong's "What a Wonderful World". Everyone enjoyed both his music and his personality immensely. We have a christening coming up in the spring, and we'll certainly be calling on Gregg to perform for it!Thanks!! -- Angie F, Little Silver, NJ, 12/20/2008
  • As many other posters have noted, Gregg is very professional. He comes on time (early, actually), he plays as longs as (or longer than) he says he will, and he plays what he says he will play & what you ask him. He sounds wonderful -- even better than you expect. He set himself up and was totally low-maintenance. His presence really kicked an average party up a notch or two. We had people dancing in the backyard and neighbors walking their dogs & just hanging around to hear more. He was friendly and very patient with guests that can be difficult. Hire him, you won't be disappointed!! -- Katy R, Bethesda, MD, 4/18/2009
  • After seeing Gregg perform at an 'after wedding' party in July, I knew that I would be able to build an event around his abilities as a performer. We promoted a "Couples Night Out" with Gregg providing the musical entertainment. We had the most successful Friday night event we've seen in years! Gregg was on time, personable and quickly won over the crowd with a warm quick wit and his considerable musical talents. We plan to have another event in March and will definitely have Gregg perform again - having him for YOUR event is a big step towards making it a huge success!!! -- Bill L, Carteret, NJ, 1/23/2009
  • Gregg is very down-to-earth! Great guy! Loved him being there, music was great for my ceremony!!! -- Sharon N, Stevensville, MD, 6/13/2009
  • Gregg Parker is an excellent entertainer. He did an outstanding job for me. The people at the party wanted to know where I found him and could not stop talking about how good he was. I took a shot when I hired him off the internet without even hearing him. I could not have been happier with my choice. I would strongly recommend hiring Gregg Parker. You will be glad you did -- Jim K, Andover, NJ, 8/31/2008
  • I would recommend Gregg Parker to ANYONE who is considering having a live performer in their home. Gregg arrived EARLY ( despite a late New Years' Eve engagement the night before ) and managed to set up and meet just about everybody before he even began to play! It felt like we had an 'old friend' in the music business performing for us. We enjoyed a relaxed afternoon full of stories, great music and fellowship and I couldn't think of a better way to kick off 2009. We will unquestionably have him back for our next family event! Happy New Year, Gregg.... and to ALL a "Good Night"! -- John S, Avalon, NJ, 1/1/2009
  • I wanted to celebrate my husband David's 40th birthday in style. We had seen Gregg and his band in Forked River a couple of months back and I decided to call him for the musical part of the party. Even though I contacted Gregg VERY 'last minute' ( 48 hours before the party ) he cancelled personal plans to help me make my husband's party extra special! Gregg was gracious, courteous, on - time and TOTALLY PROFESSIONAL. We had him and his partner ( the whole band wasn't available on such short notice ) stay "overtime" because nobody wanted the party to end! We plan to have him back for our Christmas party in December. Thank you, Gregg - you're really AWESOME! -- Juliet H, Manahawkin, NJ, 8/29/2008
  • We had Greg play at our wedding ceremony, and he was amazing...everything we had asked for and more. I am very picky and was nervous about booking someone from a website, but he was absolutely wonderful. Everyone had such nice things to say about his talent as well as his professionalism and character. I would highly reccommend Greg for any event! -- Patricia L, Cape May, NJ, 8/18/2006
  • OUTSTANDING!! Gregg performed for our annual awards dinner as both a duo with an electric guitarist before the awards and as a four - piece rock band afterwards. The duo was finesse defined as background and the band had the women ( and some of the men ) up on their feet from the very first notes. Hated to see it all end, but several of our members have upcoming events and parties and Gregg showed them that he can handle almost ANY occasion. We will ABSOLUTELY be having him AND his 'accomplices in crime' back for more! It is no surprise that Gregg Parker is amongst Gigmasters' TOP PERFORMERS!! Job Well Done!! -- Alan C, Hillsborough, NJ, 2/7/2009
  • I hired Gregg for a very special and unusual performance that required a tremendous amount of planning and logistical prep on his part. His professionalism was outstanding, he's a great performer and singer, and an all-around great guy. My event was a tremendous success, and I honestly can't believe Gregg went to the effort he did to make it so great. I can unhesitatingly recommend him for any event-- your audience will love his singing and performance, and he will anticipate all logistical challenges/problems that you might have. His music is his passion, and it really shows. -- David S, Fairfax, VA, 11/25/2008
  • What was the most popular question asked at my husband's 40th Surprise Birthday Party? It was "where did you find this guy" in reference to Gregg Parker/Acoustic Guitarist/Singer. Then, came the follow-up statements about how good he was, how talented and so forth. You will not be disappointed with Gregg... By the way, I found him on Gigmasters.com! A big thanks! -- Bridget S, Middletown, DE, 9/13/2008
  • Gregg Parker exceeded all my expectations. He was professional, reliable, punctual and courteous. Most importantly, though, was his talent. He was absolutely wonderful!! All my guests ranted and raved over his music; they were all amazed that I found him online. I cannot wait to host another party just so that I can have Gregg come and entertain again. -- Aimee P, Brielle, NJ, 9/7/2007

  • Gregg was the perfect performer to make the transition from my wedding ceremony to the reception. We had a "cocktail hour - and - a - half" for which he provided well - executed and carefully crafted renditions of many of my all - time favorite songs - including two he learned specifically at my request. With only a couple of weeks from the time I hired him until the actual event Gregg was helpful and professional in the planning process. This is obviously an entertainer who has the benefit of thousands of performances. Thank you, Gregg - your voice and guitar helped ensure a very memorable wedding day. -- Rita D, Pine Hill, NJ, 10/25/2008
  • Gregg's singing and playing were outstanding. He was on time, acoomodating in every way, and personable. He connected well with the audience, many of whom requested that he return. -- Debra L, Fairfield, CT, 10/13/2007
  • Gregg was WONDERFUL! He learned 3 songs for our "wedding dances" and played them like he had been playing them for years. Truly a wonderfully talented and professional singer. -- Jill C, Mount Laurel, NJ, 10/4/2008
  • Outstanding!! Our group hired Gregg for an evening's entertainment after our monthly meeting and he was delightful. Talented, witty and attentive to the little details that help make an event go smoothly. He arrived early and stayed afterward for coffee and to chat with some of our members. He is without a doubt the most personable and professional entertainer we have ever hired through Gigmasters. We enjoyed him so much I intend to hire him for my 60th birthday party! -- Evelyn S, Cherry Hill, NJ, 11/19/2008
  • I was happy to have Gregg Parker perform at a party I recently held for my husband. Gregg was the hit of the party! Everyone appreciated his talent and his selections. His variety of songs brought back so many great memories for all of us. He was also very accommodating and professional. I would recommend Gregg Parker for for any occasion, and especially for smaller parties. -- Carol M, Belmar, NJ, 8/30/2008
  • My wedding reception could not have been better!Gregg exceeded our expectations in every way. From the first day we spoke on the phone seven months ago, to the day of the wedding, Gregg was there for us every step of the way. All of the guests raved about the music, and were particularly impressed with Louis Armstrong's "Wonderful World" and Ben E King's "Stand By Me" for our children. We would recommend Gregg to anyone. You will not be disappointed! -- Adelaide M, Cape May, NJ, 9/9/2007
  • Greg did a great job, entertained a group of people 10 to 70 years old.Everyone had a great time -- Dave S, Beach Haven, NJ, 7/28/2008
  • I hired Gregg Parker for our quarterly regional managers function after reviewing several of Gigmasters' top - rated performers. Based on his client testimonials and extensive song repertoire I felt he was the best man for our group. Gregg arrived early and was ready to perform before the first attendees arrived. He was polite, courteous, professional and engaging when asked to accommodate several requests from some of our top management people. I made the right choice, and I truly hope that this review helps you to do the same. Great voice, great guitarist and great attitude - you could not ask for more! Bravo!! -- John S, Flushing, NY, 10/31/2008
  • We had heard Gregg Parker on several occasions at the Newark, Delaware, Cheeseburger in Paradise restaurant and enjoyed his entertaining. When it was time for our annual backyard "Buffett Bash" we immediately thought of Gregg. He sounded even better in an outdoor venue. His friendly, down to earth approach and vocal/guitar styling, made for a super afternoon event. We look forward to having him back next year. We highly recommend Gregg. -- John M, Elkton, MD, 8/12/2007
  • Gregg is FABULOUS!!!! Talented, and a complete professional. The crowd loved him. I would definately hire him again and again!!!!! -- Marylyn M, Long Beach Township, NJ, 9/2/2007
  • Terrific performance by a talented and obviously well - seasoned performer! Amazing voice and excellent and interesting guitar work, Gregg has set the bar very high for those that will be performing after him. You can't go wrong hiring him - he delivers what he says he will and pays attention to the smallest of details. -- Bill B, Runnemede, NJ, 12/5/2008
  • Gregg did a fantastic job and I would highly recommend having Gregg play at any event that you need a guitarist. He was in communication with us prior to the event so that everything was discussed before the event and was very professional in his approach to the event -- Roy S, Malvern, PA, 11/24/2007
  • Gregg did a great job at the party, I would highly recommend him. I was getting wonderful compliments all night from guest in terms of his talent, they really enjoyed the music. I really appreciated the tremendous effort he put in to make the night one to remember. -- Lisa M, Clark, NJ, 6/27/2008
  • Our company's holiday party was held at a very nice shore restaurant for about 75 people. We hired Gregg the day after having heard him perform at a friends' birthday party. He provided the perfect backdrop for our event, easily fielding requests from our guests and maintaining a volume that was always easy to listen to, but did not interfere with our conversations. He was engaging and polite, and even performed some appropriate holiday pieces. We just can't figure out how he gets such a complete and naturally full sound out of his guitar with so much ease. His vocal range is vast, and he constantly surprised us with his adaptability from one genre of music to the next; this guy has a VOICE! We had a delightful party, and kept Gregg an extra hour beyond the time we originally agreed on ( something else he handled with ease and a smile ). We have used other performers for parties before, but never recieved so much "bang for the buck". As my wife says, "We've found 'our guy' now".... - and we'll be using him again. Thanks, Gregg - and Happy Holidays! -- John S, Bayville, NJ, 12/22/2006
  • I find Gregg online and I hire him to come perform several songs for my girlfriend at her home before going out for dinner on our anniversary as 'change of pace' from flowers. My girlfriend so surprised!! Especially when he play 'What a Wonderful World' and 'How Sweet It Is'. This man has a voice! Just him, guitar and my girlfriend standing in the doorway - and she start to cry. I don't think she will ever forget tonight. Thank you Gregg Parker, and thank you Gigmaster! We talk again soon. -- Chima M, Toms River, NJ, 11/18/2008
  • Gregg is a wonderfully talented musician. He is overly accomodating to everyone's requests and extremely adaptable to his environment. He had the guests laughing, dancing and singing along. His personality is delightful. I was so pleased at his professionalism. When he arrived I was headed home to bring appetizers back to the event. I showed him where to set up and he took it from there. I did nothing else, he set up and was playing music when the guests arrived. I'm so glad that I could count on him as I spent the rest of my evening dealing with the worst caterers. Thank you so much Gregg for making the guests feel like it was the best party!!! :) Vicki -- Vicki M, Palmyra, NJ, 10/5/2007
  • Gregg Parker (and his friend, Guy Petersen) provided the music/entertainment for my husband's "retirement/awards" luncheon. Gregg was prompt, courteous and returned my calls and e-mails quickly when we were in the "planning stages". BUT.... when it came to perform Gregg and Guy DELIVERED "BIG TIME"!! My husband (and all of his employees) were blown away at the vast range of artists they covered! I never would have believed that two guitarists/singers could put out a sound of such quality! We enjoyed them so much we kept them over-time! Their voices and guitars helped make it a magical afternoon. Thank you, Gregg - you'll hear from us again! -- Gaye N, Point Pleasant, NJ, 9/12/2008
  • I hired Gregg for my wife's 30th birthday party. We were sort of unsure about getting someone off the internet that we had never met before but after talking to Gregg on the phone a couple of times and hearing his music online we took the chance. And I'm glad we did. My wife and I along with all of our guests were extremely pleased with Gregg. He was very professional, he came early to set up & played some really great music. When it was time for him to pack it all up we asked him if he would play an extra hour for us to keep the party going a little longer and he had no problems with that. We will definitley be using him again in the future. Thanks for everything. -- Matthew L, Atlantic Highlands, NJ, 10/27/2007
  • I hired Gregg Parker for my sisters, Pamela's birthday party after having heard him perfrom at a friend's house party in Medford, NJ back in February. The party was held in the Wine Room of Cherry Hill and Gregg took full advantage of the room's wonderful acoustics to put on one heckuva good show! He fielded requests from many of our friends and guests, and was definitely the "musical glue" he promised he would be - he held the party together from beginning to end! Bravo, Gigmasters - Bravo, Gregg!! We'll see you again - I promise! -- Anne K, Cherry Hill, NJ, 5/25/2008
  • I could not have been more pleased with Greg Parker and his performance at my husband's 40th birthday party. He is an extremely talented musician and truly made the party a huge success. In addition to his excelllent performance, Greg helped me coordinate party games and provided a microphone and CD player for me to use during the party. Everyone at the party raved about the music and I am sure at least a few of the guests will be hiring Greg for future engagements. -- Denise H, Hamilton, NJ, 5/4/2007
  • Gregg performed for our tenants and employees in our lunchtime Summer Concert Series. We don't often see our people get this excited about a performer, but everyone stayed until the very last possible moment before they had to go back to work. Gregg was engaging, and handled several requests for songs with grace and ease. Obviously a VERY seasoned and talented singer and guitarist, we will definitely be having him back for more. Absolutely a pro from start to finish. Book him for YOUR event - and you won't have a thing to worry about!! -- Rosie S, East Brunswick, NJ, 7/24/2008
  • I hired Gregg Parker through Gigmasters after having a friend recommend him to me for my son, Shaun's christening celebration. I never thought that I would get a performer of such high caliber for the price he asked. Completely professional and absolutely the MOST talented local performer I have ever seen. Gregg started out mellow, but when asked to "kick it up" a bit, he proceeded to rock our group for almost two full hours before taking a break (the ONLY one he took, by the way). The only thing I regret is that I didn't book the hall for a longer period - we would have liked to keep him another hour or two. Take my advice - BOOK HIM FOR YOUR EVENT TODAY!! -- Denise E, Palmyra, NJ, 6/22/2008
  • We have a small home in Lumberton, NJ and wanted to have some friends and family for a Sunday afternoon "cocktails & dessert" party. We found Gregg online and hired him for the background music. Gregg was prompt, polite, completely professional and provided the PERFECT musical setting for our party! He has an amazing voice and I couldn't be more pleased with his performance. Gregg is worth every penny ( and then some ) and I know that two of our friends have already lined him up for house parties in the fall. Thank you, Gregg - the weather and you were just perfect! -- Melissa W, Lumberton, NJ, 8/3/2008
  • Gregg Parker is awesome! He certainly set the tone for our rehearsal dinner - causal and relaxed - and helped all of us to enjoy the pre-wedding party. Gregg is talented, charming, and professional. He arrived early, stayed late, and then took off for his next gig. His sets were the longest we had ever heard - during our 4+ hour event, he took only one 15 minute break! He played to our tastes and knew every request...and what an amazing voice! We recommend him without hesitation and hope to invite him back for future events. Thank you Gregg! Laura and Frank Burg -- Laura C, Burlington, NJ, 7/6/2007
  • Gregg was fantastic! From the first time I contacted him, he was very professional and accomodating. He gave me comfort that he would definitely be there for my event with plenty of time to set up. He is extremely talendted and played the perfect music for the venue. I had hired him for a surprise 40th for my husband at a Tiki Bar on the beach. His laid back style was perfect and EVERYBODY enjoyed his music. -- Alyssa J, Sea Bright, NJ, 7/12/2008
  • Gregg was very accommodating to all our guests. He was extremely professional and prompt. Everyone liked him. He wasn't too loud and made sure that I was agreeable to everything that he did. I would surely book him again, and would recommend him to others. Marilyn Lepor Cape Island Resort -- Marilyn L, Cape May, NJ, 6/14/2008
  • Gregg did a phenomenal job of entertaining our guests at my daughter's Sweet Sixteen Surprise Party, most of whom are aspiring fellow-musicians at the Wilmington (Delaware) School of Rock. Gregg's talent is first-rate and his song repertoire very extensive. His song selections were outstanding. What resonates in Gregg's delivery is his love of the music; it's clear to everyone he really enjoys what he's doing. Instrumentally and vocally, Gregg delivers a very high quality brand of musical entertainment. Within 48 hours of his performance for us, I've already recommended him enthusiastically with confidence to a large number of close friends and associates. -- Ken B, Hockessin, DE, 5/18/2008
  • What a good time! Gregg was great to work with and everybody loved him. He was accomodating and attentive in every way, turning an ordinary birthday party into a really fun get-together. He has so many great songs in his repertoire and he lit all of us up with his talents. Not only is he a fine musician, he's an engaging entertainer who, by the way, gives full attention to all of the details so the host doesn't have to! We had a lot of fun, feel like we made a new friend, and are very glad we hired him. Super-nice person who plays a mean guitar! -- Tracy D, Westville, NJ, 8/28/2007
  • Great performance! -- Jeannie O, Washington, DC, 4/22/2008
  • I couldn't have asked for a better backdrop for my wife's surprise 50th birthday party. I hired Gregg after seeing how much my wife enjoyed his performance at another friends' party earlier this year. ALL of our guests and friends were commenting about his voice, guitar style, and how he seemed to just know what to play and when. I know that at least two of my friends have already booked him for their parties, before my wife's was even over! You can't go wrong having Gregg entertain your group - we'll DEFINITELY be having him back, and soon! Thanks Gregg, from both of us!! Mark and Beth -- John S, Hamilton, NJ, 11/10/2007
  • Gregg Parker was phenomenal! We were delighted and amazed at their ability to "read the room". They knew when to tone it down/when to speed it up. We gave Gregg minimal direction prior to the wedding and he just seemed to know what to do and when to do it. For example we wanted the traditional wedding procession and recession. I asked Gregg how that was going to sound with an electric guitar and not a pipe organ. He told us not to worry they could do it. It sounded like a pipe organ in a cathedral- just what we wanted. Don't be fooled by Parker's "play list", these guys seemed to know how to play most anything. Sounded like a four person band with just two. -- Donna A, Radnor, PA, 9/8/2007
  • I cannot say enough GREAT things about Greg to truly express how pleased we all were to have him perform at our party. I contacted him, with very short notice, to play at a small 70th birthday celebration. Greg was BEYOND accomodating in EVERY way. We had hired another musician who cancelled on us at the last minute and I have to say now that I am glad they did!! My email and telephone correspondance with Greg reassured me that he would be able to "save the day!" And he did!! His song list is huge and is taylored to all ages. His performance was flawless and entertaining. He was extremely personable to all our guests and very comfortable to have at the party. His voice is a joy to listen to. Every one that heard him asked where I found him and commented on how wonderful he was...no lie! He made the party..really. I am very grateful to him for traveling a pretty long journey, on a holiday weekend, with not much notice, to play at our small party. It definately would not have been as successful without his wonderful music and personality. I highly highly recommend Greg and will definatly be using him again. THANK YOU GREG!! YOU ARE TOP NOTCH! -- Gina G, Parkville, MD, 6/30/2007
  • Gregg was extremely accommodating from the first encounter when we considered hiring him. The music selection was perfect. I chatted with several of the guests who thought the band was absolutely "fantastic" and the hosts of the party were extremely pleased. We would definitely hire them again for another affair. -- Sharon A, Vineland, NJ, 8/31/2006
  • The music was just what I wanted for my wedding...beachy and classic rock all together. Everyone had wonderful comments about the music and Gregg and Guy's performance through the entire day/evening. They were extremely accomodating with special requests for our ceremony and special dances - even accomodating my husband's last minute request for a particular song for his dance with his mother. Gregg is truly a seasoned professional and put me at ease about my wedding day...and - after all was said and done - my trust in his experience and professionalism was not misplaced. Thanks to Gregg and Guy for their participation in our day! -- Tamra K, Beach Haven, NJ, 9/15/2007
  • Gregg is a seasoned performer. If you are looking for great classic rock and easy listening rock, then he's your man. His vocals and guitar playing are exactly what you'd expect from a great performer. We would book him again. -- John W, Teaneck, NJ, 1/20/2007
