Marc Rivest is a guitarist and singer based in Vancouver BC. Marc has performed at venues across Canada, and has been a resident act with VIA Rail's Artists on Board program and the Trout Point Lodge of Nova Scotia. He has released one independent solo album, and is currently writing his next studio album. Marc is available to perform at bars, restaurants, events, and private functions. The repertoire for each show is flexible depending on the nature of the event. Marc is comfortable playing jazz standards, folk and pop covers, original music, and requests.

Was cheerful and you could tell he enjoyed being a musician. Was disappointed that he was dependant on transit to get him to our farm, which added the expense of us getting him here by cab. Can't remember last time I wasn't responsible for getting myself to work. Other than that, he tried hard to please the group with his music and played well and worked hard.
