A NEW START WITH A NEW STYLE!!! Mark and Matt have been playing together since 2003 entertaining audiences throughout the central New York region. Now performing as a folk duo they are available for any occasion requiring music; coctail hours, wedding ceremonies and receptions, reunions of any kind, Christmas parties and park concerts etc. Although their musical style might be classified as folk, performing such classics as "Puff the Magic Dragon", "If I Had A Hammer" and "This Land Is Your Land", they also take popular tunes from other genres and put their own spin on them. They also perform traditional Irish, Scottish and Americana Tunes as well as a few originals. A wonderful sing along, foot tapping, family experience. I would highly recommend this duo for any family style event. Very accomodating and easy to work with. Excellent knowledge of folk songs and very willing to do special requests. I would hire them again in a heartbeat.
