The only complaint that I have was it seems as though the Entertainer refused to make a second balloon for children who had popped theirs by mistake. She had told them they only get one balloon, and that was not part of the deal. She later did make them second balloons when approached by my sister in law. She was pretty talented though. Overall, I was happy with the service.
