Green screen can allow your event to have completely custom photos with a one-of-a-kind background. We offer several different styles of titles and graphics for your images that can be customized. (Roving Photographers, Event portraits, Projection, Jump Studio and Photo Booth) Party Pics® – roving photographer Starting at $150 an hour Our photographers come dressed for your event. We can wear anything from our signature BRIGHT yellow Party Pic shirts to formal wear. One hour minimum required. Discounts for multiple hours or photographers available. Book early for holidays! Event Portraits Starting at $175 an hour We provide the photographer, studio lights & a choice of backdrop. Select from white, muslin or a green screen background. For events with green screen you can request a custom digital background be created! We also have 100s of backgrounds your guests can select from on our website to create fun or formal photos! Discounts apply for additional set-ups or services. Photo Projection Add onto other services-starting at $250 Party Pics® can provide projection of photos onto a big screen or blank wall as photos are being taken. This service creates excitement at every event! This service requires a roving photographer and can be added on for $250.00 for up to 4 hours of service. Projection with instant website upload Add onto other services- starting at $350 for up to 4 hours of service Same as the service above PLUS if Party Pics® is given email addresses for your attendees in advance, we can not only provide projection of photos onto a big screen or blank wall, but we can instantly upload your photos to our website for viewing. Jump Studio $800 for 4 hours Our Jump Studio is an open-air photo booth. It is different from a traditional photo booth in that it is perfect for large groups of friends or co-workers. The Jump Studio takes full length pictures so it can capture action shots like jumping, making pyramids, dancing and more! How it works-The Jump Studio has a self-timer (with a fun countdown screen) that takes a photo every 5 seconds. Each photo “session” takes 5 photos and can be started again with the push of a button. The Jump Studio can be set up with a white or green background. Party Pics can offer a custom digital background created just for your event when you use the green screen option. The Jump Studio has 10'x10' footprint, a 10' backdrop, comes with an attendant and props. Iamges are uploaded to our website for viewing and purchase. Photobooth $1,000 for 4 hours including onsite photos Our Party Pics® photo booth is more compact than our Jump Studio, however, it is still open-air to allow for more freedom of movement. Our photo booth unit takes 4 photos during every 30 second session. The photo booth includes printing services. The unit provides 2 strips of 4 thumbnail-sized photos each (8 pics total) per session. The prints for this booth can be branded for your company or event at no additional charge! Other important Party Pics items to know: Photos for attendees Photos are typically posted online for purchase and can be provided to attendees in the form of a pre-paid Gift Certificate or photo voucher. This allows attendees to select their own photo online. Quantity discounts may apply for bulk, pre-orders. Viewing Photos For large events where the event organizer does not have contact information for all of the attendees, Party Pics can collect email address for the event organizer. We use these addresses to email attendees a link to photos. We can also provide these email addresses to the event organizer. If your event organizer has a list of email addresses for attendees, we could use that list to email a link to the photos. Password protection- we can offer password protection for your event to help safeguard photos.
