Stress-free: TCefx DJ Company wants to help make your wedding or other event planning as stress-free as possible. One of the first things that can cause stress in event planning is the budget. No event is too big or too small, and we offer the same level of service no matter what the budget. Whether you are a do-it-yourselfer or want to do without the hassle and have someone else do it all, we are here to help, and will happy to work with you on timelines, announcements, and music selection. One of our brides came to us with a complete list of music for a beach wedding that fit the setting perfectly, so we worked out a timeline with her and executed everything according to that schedule. If you would rather leave it to us, here's an insider suggestion: pick 10-20 songs from our song lists and we will take it from there, personalizing the event specifically to you.

Professional: We provide DJ/MC services with the utmost professionalism. Personal consultations and planning are available free as part of a DJ services package, as well as an enormous selection of music, the latest digital equipment, and set-up and break-down of all equipment. I work by appointment to give each of my clients undivided attention. We can schedule an appointment at your convenience, 7 days a week (not too early in the morning, but late at night is fine -- I'm a night owl). I can be better prepared for our appointment if you give me a little information about your event. You can schedule a time on our website, email or call. As a DJ, I have years of experience with all types of events. My earliest interest in DJ'ing began when I started trying to emulate 1980's DJs, scratching on my father's home stereo. My first DJ performance was for a statewide high school debate tournament, where I rocked out our school for two days for NC debate teams. I still have a great fondness for vinyl, but I have since received professional training and certification on the latest digital equipment, which has made the portability and set-up of equipment much easier.

Because I love what I do, that is exactly what you will get. We have a huge music database of every type of music to keep the energy going and the crowd dancing. My number one goal while working an event is to read the crowd in order to customize the music to what is working and keep the energy going, and I have mastered it pretty well over the years. It is my goal to make sure I have surpassed all the expectations of the customer, as well as the crowd. Timing, organization, song selection, and enthusiasm are all key aspects in facilitating that goal. • We were very please with Thomas during our daughter's 10 year old birthday party. We met before the event at a location close to me. He had a list of songs that were appropriate and played all the request. Thomas was very responsive to emails and calls prior to the event. During the party, he was dressed very professionally and had lights and high tech equipment. He responded great with the children and even ran some of their song request by me.
