I am a classically trained violinist with over 20 years of performance experience. Though classical was my sole focus and genre for many years since I was a kid, I have grown to also be able to play Pop, Rock, Jazz, etc. For each of these genres I have a wide selection of backing tracks to which I play along with. The tracks are carefully picked from sources like iTunes for example and, if need be, are edited to fit appropriately with my violin lead. I can play culturally specific music as well - Jewish, Latin, etc. My performing can be a fit for a small gathering - for example in your backyard or living room - or for a bigger venue, like a large hall or church. For every gig I can take requests as long as they are far enough in advance. I actually enjoy taking requests because it only helps me to expand my repertoire. I am very upbeat and passionate about my music and always aim to bring that same level of passion to your event. I pride myself on being professional and reliable at all times. I also pride myself on arriving to your venue with plenty of time to spare in order to find parking, get a lay of the land (acoustics, electrical stuff, etc.) and setup and be ready to play.
