Darkwater Redemption Country Band from Burlington, NC

DarkWater Redemption is an original "Southern Music" Band and a Country Rock, Southern Rock with a touch of bluegrass cover band. As an original band, DarkWater recently finished their debut EP and have developed a great working relationship/ friendship with John Sanders of AMC's "The Walking Dead." Sanders discovered DarkWater Redemption playing at Zac Browns bar, "Southern Ground Social Club" in Senoia, GA after a day on the set of "The Walking Dead." Sanders was so impressed by their performance that he exchanged information with the band and a few months later, DWR was recording their first EP at none other than Southern Ground Studios in Atlanta, GA. The studio is located in the basement of Zac Browns home in Smyrna, GA. The EP was engineered by Southern Ground's Dan Dixon while the producer credits belong to John Sanders. The tracks from the EP are included with this EPK. Sanders and DWR are expecting a mid-December release and touring to support the EP in 2015. As a cover band, DarkWater Redemption plays a wide variety of favorites. Their arsenal of music spans from Southern Rock, Country, Rock and Bluegrass. Crowds are left shaking their heads in amazement at the level of talent these young musicians exhibit while playing your favorite tunes. DWR has played from Nashville, TN to Martha's Vineyard,MA to Zac Brown's "Southern Ground Social Club" in Senioa, GA. They were recently Nominated for an Carolina Music award for "Best Country Band" 2014. And have recently completed their debut EP in late October of this year.
