AWESOME! I could not have had a better performer. Mr. Brooks and his wife are genuine good hearted people. I was so impressed with Mr. Brooks’s performance and would and will hire him again. Mr. Brooks did everything as promised, showed up on time and performed as agreed and was just a pleasure to be around. Mr. Brooks arrived at the location early to set up. As Mr. Brooks was setting up sound and belted out some vocals, it sent chills up my arms and back. Gigmaster scale rating is 1-5; Bill Brooks deserves a 10.... Mr. Brooks was so entertaining and interacted with the guest as he performed. Not only does the Guest of Honor have a book of memories but all the friends and family in attendance will be talking about Mr. Brooks for a long time to come. Family & friends that know me would tell you that I'm a perfectionist and hard to please. Mr. Brooks blew me away..........BRAVO
