I booked Donnie for my family reunion and my mom's 80th birthday surprise party. Donnie was really great. They (Kathy and Donnie) got there an hour early (before the party started) to set up. Then they left and came back at the time we discussed. My mom was so surprised. Absolutely awesome! Eveybody was commenting that he looked so much like Elvis. He gave my mom little gifts, which she thoroughly enjoyed. She asked him if he could sing "Love me tender" again, which he did. After the hour was up, he stuck around and took pictures with everyone. He was worth the money. Thanks Donnie, I'd hire you again in a heartbeat.

I contacted several others for my wifes birthday party and even though the quote submitted by Mr. Roberts was a little higher, I was looking for the most perfect Elvis for my most perfect wife. Since this was a surprise, I kept everything confidential so she would not find out; and she didn't. Mr. Roberts carried out every detail I requested and his performance blew everyone away. My agency provides services to properties all over the state of Texas and I asked Donnie and Kathy to come do a program at a retirement center for a Valentine Celebration. He was more than I could have ever imagined! Not only does he LOOK like The King, he SOUNDS like The King. He provides his own sound equipment and his lovely wife, Kathy, runs it for him. What a couple!!! I plan on using him at other properties we serve because he is absolutely worth every penny. All of the little old ladies were awe struck and responded to his "flirting" with eager acceptance. One couple at the party was celebrating their 65th wedding anniversary and they danced to "I Can't Help Falling in Love with You." Needless to say there wasn't a dry eye in the group. Donnie mingles with the crowd and sells his act with professional expertise. Don't miss out on this fantastic performer. You'll not regret giving him a call!!

I recently booked TX ELVIS for my parents anniversary party and he was WONDERFUL! Everyone raved about how talented he was and that he actually looked like elvis. We have seen alot of elvis impersonator but the TX ELVIS tops all of them. Donnie and Kathy are very nice people and are very easy to work with. They both are very professional. Donnie makes the show fun and entertaining and interacts with the crowd. Dont waste any more time and book him today, you wont regret it. I had people at the party that were so impressed they were coming up with other party's so they could have him come and preform.

Donnie was fabulous! He really made the party better than I could have imagined. The woman that was retiring loves Elvis and she thoroughly enjoyed Donnie's performance. One of the ladies that attended the party even remarked afterwards, she had to keep reminding herself this was not the REAL Elvis. I would highly recommend Donnie for your party. He is very talented and he is a real crowd pleaser. He is a performer in all aspects of the word. He has the Elvis moves down pat and he includes the crowd in his performance. Donnie Roberts was remarkable! From the first time we spoke on the phone, until he left the building, everything was flawless. He had no problem sharing the stage with others in attendance; in fact, he had us all up singing and dancing and that was the life of the party. His professionalism is more than outstanding. He was EXCELLENT!!! We could not have asked for more. Although there was only a small croud, he made us feel as if we were as important as some of his biggest gigs. He sounded, looked, and acted just like ELVIS!! He did great and I definitely recommend him to anyone looking to have fun for a special occassion! Oh my gosh-Donnie Roberts was amazing, awesome, incredible.... Everyone at my party said he was incredible. We had strangers from all over the resturant coming to party with us because of him. He was very, very, very, very accommodating with our special party requests. The communication before the party was outstanding. I can't wait to have another "big" birthday so he can come back. Donnie Roberts IS Elvis! I hired Donnie for my mother's surprise 90th birthday celebration. I didn't tell anyone I had hired Donnie and when he came in the room, everyone went crazy. He sang for an hour and sang 4 or 5 songs directly to my mom. He and his wife (Kathy) were genuinely accomodating to my family and to my requests. They were both as professional as could be. They enjoy themselves immensely and it is more than a "gig" to them. I watched Kathy and she was smiling the entire time and singing right along to every song. My family will be talking about this for a long time and my mom, well she thinks she died and went to heaven. She finally met ELVIS.

I booked Donnie for my husbands surprise 40th birthday party. Donnie and his wife Kathy were very easy to work with and very professional from start to finish. Donnie performed all of our favorite Elvis tunes plus a couple I had never heard before! He interacted a lot with the audience and the Elvis Sighting Certificate he presented to my husband was a great idea and everyone got a kick out of it. His costume is great. His Elvis hair and sideburns are REAL! And most important his voice was genuine Elvis. We all had a great time and I HIGHLY recommend him.

We were very satisfied with Donnie Roberts and his performance. We had approximately 110 people at our house for my husband's 50th birthday party and everyone thoroughly enjoyed his show. We are still hearing comments from people on how much they enjoyed themselves. I would highly recommend Donnie Roberts for any event. Donnie is very talented and knows a lot of Elvis songs. On June 9, 1955, Elvis Presley performed his first concert in Sweetwater, TX. For the 50th anniversary of this landmark date, Donnie Roberts performed on the same Municipal Auditorium stage on June 11, 2005. From the reaction of the crowd, you'd have thought it was really Elvis!!!! Donnie did an incredible job! He attracted the largest Sweetwater crowd to Municipal Auditorium since a revival concert by the 1970s group America. The 50th anniversary celebration was a full day of festivities in downtown Sweetwater, topped off with the evening concert. Donnie was on hand for the downtown activities, witnessed the Elvis look-a-like contest held, rode in the lead convertible of the classic car cruise, joined Elvis fans for a pre-concert dinner at a local '50s diner and posed for photos after the concert. The concert was a tremendous success!!! Donnie sounds so much like Elvis, and he knows how to work the audience!!! He then sang some beautiful Gospel songs at a local church the next morning. We couldn't have been happier with Donnie and the reception he received from Sweetwater Elvis fans!!! We're thrilled that he's coming back -- on his own -- to perform again at Municipal Auditorium on November 12. We've already gotten lots and lots of ticket requests for his return engagement. He's the real deal, and anyone booking him for a concert will not be disappointed. Donnie gets our highest recommendation!!!!
