We used Agency Entertainment for both the DJ and videographer for my daughter's wedding. I won't see the video for several weeks, but the videographer was very nice and professional. The DJ was terrific! Responsive to requests, and did a good job with his own selections. Also very pleasant to work with. Michael himself was very accommodating while we were working out all the details. Everything was terrific! Thanks so much!

Great service overall. No complaints. I wasn't fully aware the dj would be bringing an assistant which was a little strange but they did everything we requested. So I give them a big thank you for making our event fun!

Emails back and forth were great but then when we showed up to the reception the dj had none of the info I emailed the dj at all - the reception didn't flow at all and my photographer had to tell him when to do everything. I was not happy at all. I will never recommend this service to anyone.

The client sent us guide sheets and an updated itinerary prior to the event, and Tom (the DJ) had all of those documents present at the event. The bride had not provided her event coordinator (named Karen) an updated itinerary so we gave her a copy of ours. We weren't provided with the names of the wedding party prior to the event, and the bride acted surprised that we didn't have that information already. We made all of the proper announcements, kept the party flowing, the guests danced and had a great time, and both Karen and the father of the bride remarked how great of a job that Tom was doing at the event. We are puzzled about the complaint.

This is the first time I have used Gig Masters. From my first contact with Michael Crisp, my phone calls and messages to him were responded to quickly. He was very professional and I felt confident that all would go well. The dj actually handling the music at our party was in contact with me ahead of time to go over timing, type of party, etc. He arrived in plenty of time to set up and read the crowd well with his music selections through out the evening...everyone had a great time!

I was very glad that we chose this D.J Service....they were a little late because they went to the wrong place, but from the start of the music to the end they done a great job. Tom played everything that was requested and was also great entertainment to the crowd. The itinerary I gave him was followed very well and his song choices were great. I am overall very pleased to have had him share our big day with us and would strongly recommend them to anyone for theirs!!

This was the 6th or 7th dance I've organized at the HS level, and the first time I have been involved in hiring a professional DJ. I was amazed at the difference in the students' participation throughout the evening. They stayed on the floor and DANCED the whole time!! Thanks, Michael Crisp, for a great Homecoming Dance!!

My DJ was a no-show, and my event was nearly ruined. The DJ, Steve, called an hour and a half before my event and said he wouldn't make it due to car trouble. I was very disappointed. However, I did receive a very thoughtful written apology from Michael Crisp.

We had Joe Monroe from Agency Entertainment and he was absolutely awesome! Our ceremony and reception was thrown off schedule when we were having problems with the justice of the peace and arrival time, and Joe just rolled with the punches and did an excellent job even though we were thrown off. He played everything that we requested and took requests from our guests. He was very understanding of our situation. I would very much recommend him to anyone that is looking for a very professional DJ that truly cares about your event!

Thorough. Professional. Good personality. This was a wedding reception with a multi-national crowd. Before making the ceremonial announcements, he made sure he had the pronunciation of all the names correct. Adapted his music selection to the mood of the crowd; which kept the dance floor full from start to finish. We were very satisfied.

Actually our DJ was Han, but he works for Agency Entertainment which Michael Crisp owns. Han was absolutely fabulous with out teen crowd. He played everything they asked him to play, sang to my daughter for her 16th birthday, provided karaoke, lights and mirror ball and was fun. I would recommend Han to everyone, no matter the event. He could handle it I'm sure. 5 stars to Han!
