As a couture kids event planner for OverTheTopProductions.com I have used many dj's. It doesnt get any better than DJ Layla Loxa. She was the perfect dj ur 10yr old birthday (pool) party with a rock star theme. Her professionalsim & high energy sets her heads and shoulders abouve the rest. She brought her club dj attitude and set the tone for the entire event. She was the perfect DJ:played age appropriate music and lead a few group dances like the cha cha slide, the electric slide, and other easy pop-group dances. She and her team were everything they promised to be: polished, professional and fun. I won't use anyone else from now on!

Steve and Layla showed up on time to set up, greeted us upon arrival in a very personable and prefessional manner. They were well prepared after some previous e-mails with the songs of artist we have requested and more.
They set up quickly and were ready to entertain our guest as they arrived. The sound system was great and Layla provided non-stop music entertainment throughout the night. Layla was definately a big "hit"!
We will defintely rehire for our next event!

DJ Layla and emcee Steve were AWESOME!!! They were very professional and had top of the line equipment, as well as the perfect songlist for our party. I would reccomend DJ Layla to anyone looking to take their event to the next level!

DJ Layla was so nice! She was very accomodating and easy to work with. She was great about taking requests from the audience and even having some guests with her up on stage, showing her the ropes of the turntable. Everyone who was there had a great time and we would definitely ask her back again for another event.

DJ Layla was both fun and accomodating during the entire event. My wedding coordinator was a bit over the top at times yet DJ Layla and Emcee Steven remained flexible and cordial throughout the entire process. Emcee Steven made all of the announcements at the right time and even added his own twist to make our wedding even more fun! I especially like how they were willing to come to our wedding rehearsal to ensure us that they were interested in making our event a success. I would definitely recommend both Emcee Steven and DJ Layla for any event.

I have heard so many horror stories when it comes to DJs and their professionalism so I was definitely nervous when it came to hiring one. DJ Lola and her MC Steve McShane could not have had me more at ease. They were probably the most reliable of all of my vendors, were ALWAYS on time, made extra time to come to the rehearsal, and even checked in on me as we got closer to the wedding. I had plenty of special instructions for music selection and timing of songs and they got the whole thing PERFECT! Layla was lovely and SO sweet. Steve was a perfect MC who kept a 150 person sober wedding entertained and super upbeat all night. Thank you so much to the both of them!
