Over all we were thrilled with Jim. Everyone was able to request things and he was able to totally satisfy everyone. We had just had three parties at our club house in the past 60 days and hired 3 different DJ's and all the people stated that Jim was much better than the other Dj's we have had. Jim,s voice and his beautiful with the group is incredible! Everyone just melts when he sings. Just wish that he might have sung more than one song. We were really looking to him working the crowd. That is the only reason I gave him a 4.5 in this category. He has such a fantastic voice and such a wonderful presence that you just want more of that:)

I'm so sorry I didn't sing but one song, If God is willing, the next time I work for you I will sing more. The 4.5 is a compliment within a complaint. I never thought a complaint would feel so good, and I would be saying thank you for a compliant. Please thank you group so much for liking my singing, J.A.The DJ, Jim Nelson.

We have used Jimmy multiple times so obviously we are always happy with the job he does. Great music mix, really nice guy, great personality. Would recommend highly.

Each one of my guests complimented me on Jimmie as our DJ. He was the hit of my daughters sweet sixteen party. We all sang songs and danced to our favorite music. Each one of our "many" requested songs was played. Jimmie didn't miss a beat . He was very professional and yet extremely kind and accommodating to us. I can't say enough how pleased we all were with him. A great talent at his craft!

J.A. The Singing D.J. was quite professional. He arrived early enough to set up his equipment and be ready to start when we got to that part in the program. He was very instrumental in getting people on the dance floor and keeping us entertained. The variety of music was perfect for our event. Everyone had a wonderful evening, and we will surely request his services again.

J.A. The singing DJ exceeded every expectation. He easily and quickly grasped the purpose of the occasion and tailored his musical performance to enhance the theme of our event. J.A. was very professional! He helped get everyone on the dance floor to dance which I really appreciated because dance floors don't run cheap! He was very courteous and did not hesitate to make changes when we had requested. He let us really enjoy our special day and I would definitely hire him again and recommend him!

My family was very happy with AJ the DJ, his talent and ability to entertain and get everyone engaged in the party. We have had many family reunions and never before have I seen so many family members get up and dance and enjoy themselves. From our elders to our babies, AJ the DJ had something for them. They all had a blast! AJ was very accomodating of all family requests, an excellent MC and he even graced us with his wonderful voice by singing a couple of melodies. From the beginning of the planning stages up through the end of the night of our event, he was so accommodating, professional and knowledgeable with regard to "feeling" the crowd and knowing exactly what songs should (and should not) be played. What can I say about J.A. The DJ....We got a 3 in 1 deal with him. He did an excellent job as a DJ, a great job as MC, and an outstanding job as a singer.....boy can he blow! He went above and beyond to help make our 70's family reunion party a blast!!! He laughed with us and we enjoyed him just like he was one of the family members. We were so pleased with him, that we tipped him, but still felt as though we should have done more. He gave a phenomenal performance. Thank you Jim, I would certainly hire you again.

J.A. the D.J. was prompt and professional. He has a wonderful sense of humor and is able to go with the flow. We had given him an agenda, but it quickly changed due to fellow classmates wanting to allow more speakers than planned. J.A. was able to work around us and keep the class reunion going smoothly. He is also a very talented DJ. He not only played the music we requested, but he personally performed during dinner. A great voice. I hired J.A. the DJ to be my DJ at the family dinner portion of my Family Reunion (120 attendees). He was AWESOME!!! My family loved him and there were many comments afterwards about how much they enjoyed him. J.A. and I worked together on the playlist. But he was flexible enough to gauge the mood of the audience and the overall atmosphere and made slight changes to "get the party started". J.A. also serenaded my family with a few songs, which was great. He is an excellent singer and it was like icing on the cake. If I have another event, I would definitely book him again. I highly recommend J.A. the DJ.
