Sarah and I would highly recommend Lou for any occasion. He was more than we'd hoped for. He was an immense help at the rehearsal and even made an extra 35 mile trip to join us for the rehearsal dinner. The music for the ceremony was perfect, bringing more than a few to tears. As for the reception, Lou throws one hell of a party. Everyone had a fantastic time and I don’t think I’ve danced that much my entire life. Without a doubt, if you’re looking for a personable, affordable DJ and Master of Ceremonies, Lou is your guy.

Lou did an outstanding job. My guests loved him. He kept my wedding fun and upbeat, which was a hard thing to do since I had a small wedding made up mostly of old people. He had great ideas for a bouquet toss that was untraditional since I only had 3 single women at my wedding reception. He also had us play a newlywed game that was fun and entertained everyone there. He went above and beyond by dealing with my rude and mostly absent wedding coordinator and did a great job of trying to keep my wedding on time. I thank him and all he did at my wedding. Without him it may have been a disaster. I recommend him to anyone for any occasion. Thank you Lou.

We were more than pleased with Celestial Event. Lou was an awesome DJ and he really listened to our needs. Lou was not only a great DJ and kept the reception exciting, he also helped us in planning the order of our wedding and reception with the tools and planning sheets that he had to offer. We knew that Celestial Event was exactly what we were looking for the first time we spoke to Lou on the phone because he spent time with us and went over many of details with us and answered all of our questions, we weren’t able to get from anyone else.Everyone bragged about how great our DJ was and we would highly recommend him.

Lou was a joy to have as our DJ for our wedding reception. He did a great job of weaving in our special DVDs and slideshows and music selections. He also had surprises that made the party unforgettable.
If there's one thing to work on it would be pronouncing names; asking for help beforehand would have been helpful.

Jennifer is right, it was an inexcusable mistake and even more regrettable considering the effort we put into this for them.
This was a garden reception, held some time after an out of state wedding, for the friends in Colorado who could not attend.
A number of changes occurred including the moving of the venue more than 100 miles. We visited both sites with the client, did a video/slide presentation, music play lists, interactive fun and everyone had a great time.
I failed to take time to nail the pronunciation of the names and a five star rating was lost to a 10-second mistake out of 8 hours. Moreover, A wonderful client was dissappointed.
