PandaCam Productions exists as a result of Russ Parsley's U.S. Air Force training as a videographer and experience as a Television Producer/Director for Fox and CW affiliates. PANDA, an acronym for Parsley and Associates, is an association of 'only' professional Radio / Night Club DJs & TV / Production Videographers offering over 80 years of combined experience & professionalism. Panda DJs & PandaCam Productions is entering into its sixth year of, "Creating Memories of a Lifetime".

Weddings By Panda, offering 'Day Of Coordinating' launched in May 2008, with Lynnette Parsley providing her special touch to our client's day, enabling their friends and family to celebrate with everyone else. In addition, Panda is celebrating the addition of Rhonda, our Marilyn Monroe impersonator. (NEW PERFORMANCE VIDEO ADDED) 'Hergie', a 30+ year illustrator & cartoonist has joined PANDA as its exclusive Caricaturist. 'Hergie' has illustrated and published over 200 children's books over the span of his career.

PANDA serves the needs of Brides, Grooms, Private and Corporate needs for Mobile DJ & Special Event Videography services throughout the great State of California, from Los Angeles & San Diego to the central coast, i.e., Santa Barbara, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, Santa Cruz ... into the Bay Area on to Sacramento and back down throughout the Central Valley and into the Sierras.
