Village Brass Band Dixieland Band from Panama City Beach, FL

The Village Brass Band is a brass band made up of 7-10 of the gulf coast's finest commercial musicians. While we are listed as a Dixieland group, we also perform many of the tunes made famous by the hot brass bands currently out of NOLA. From Funk and R&B to Jazz and Dixieland to Pop and Rock, we like to cover it all, and also have several originals that fit right in with vibe of the group. We typically set ourselves up with 1 or 2 drummers (either snare and bass drum or one kit drummer), tuba (or bass), trumpet, tenor sax, and trombone, with the option to add another sax/clarinet or bone to the mix for the ultimate good time. In spite of what the site may say (gotta test these waters somehow and see if it's worth anything), we are happy to travel much farther than indicated. We are happy in the South East region, but are ready and willing to travel much farther.
