The "i-6 band" is NOT your typical Nightclub or Wedding band. We are VERY current & have a very young front line that is mainly in their 20's. There won't be any 60 year old bald guys singing Lady Gaga at your nightclub/venue.(That's just WRONG!) If you're a nightclub & you want it to ROCK...we can definitely do that! We are definitely NOT your father's wedding band either. Yes...we play everything from the 50's "Grease Mix", the 60's "My Girl", the 70's "September", the 80's "Don't Stop Believin'", the 90's "Are you Gonna' be My Girl?"....but we also play all the most Current Top 40 music like Tonight Tonight by Hot Chelle Rae, Forget You by Cee Lo Greene, The Lazy Song by Bruno Mars, Party Rock Anthem by LMFAO. We also do Hip Hop/Rap like "Get Low"-by Flo Rida, "Hot in Here"-Nellie, "Lose Yourself"-Eminem, "So Crazy Right Now"-Beyonce. One of the latest things we've found great success with is anouncing you & your bridal party with the song "Tonight's Gonna' be a Good Night"-by the Black Eyed Peas. It all starts with your guests enjoying themselves at the venue you have chosen. Then the lights go down & our pianist Nick Sapiego starts to hit the trademark 1st chords of the song intro. All the guests in their gowns & suits, turn to look towards the stage. Scotty "V" begins to sing the 1st verse..."I got a feelin'...that tonight's gonna' be a good night...tonight's gonna' be a good night...tonight's gonna' be a good, good night". Then our female Nina Mattioli joins in as the lights come up. Finally the whole band kicks in & we start to roll with it. The audience fills with anticipation & at this point we start to introduce your party as the band plays. Then at the end of the song we bring you in & everybody goes WILD!!! It is an awesome intro. Of course we can do whatever you like. We also have used the new song "Party Rock Anthem" as an excellent intro. This New Years Eve 2012 we did a wedding reception/bridal party that was inroduced to the song "Marry You" by Bruno Mars.(also VERY impressive) And we will also learn 2 songs for your "Special Day".
