The RETRO KATS are a full-fledged show band with a line up built around a hard swinging horn section of Steve Beaton (trumpet) and Jeremy Siegel (sax) and the sweet harmonized vocals of the amazing Michelle DuChemin and our lead guitarist Geoff DuChemin. The bottom of the band is anchored by an incomparable groove machine powered by the versatile Derek Hess on drums and the funky Rick Rivas on bass guitar. The band has entertained many night club and festival audiences and have played multiple shows on the main stage at the renowned House of Blues in Orlando Florida. They have opened for national recording artists, such as Jim Belushi and Doctor John and have even gigged with Motown legend and front man, G.C. Cameron of the Spinners. The RETRO KATS are available to play festivals, corporate and private parties, private events, weddings, and nightclubs.
