Li'l Ricky Blues

Li'l Ricky Blues is a modern-day band following in the tradition of the original urban blues combos. They are a group of experienced and accomplished players who will entertain you with Traditional Blues, popular Dance Hits, Instrumental Standards and their Original Blues tunes.

Bay Area performer Li'l Ricky fronts the band with his expressive and powerful vocal style, while the rock-solid rhythm section supports the dual guitar Strat attack. Li'l RickyBlues has played clubs, private parties, festivals, networking functions, and business bashes for the past few years, building their fanlist and honing their live show along the way.

Li'l Ricky is a who has opened for national acts Meat Loaf, Randy California and Commander Cody, jammed with Gregg Allman, and played with Carol Doda and her Lucky Stiffs. Li'l Ricky also worked with grammy winner Steve Horowitz to produce the single, S'not Love, which was a featured on the Illumina Records 2007 San Francisco Rockers For Life CD. Li'l Ricky is also a professional instructor with the Bradley School of Music in Concord, CA.
