Take Cover! is Austin's ultimate party band, performing the best songs of the past five decades! This versatile 4-piece band plays a diverse range of songs that appeals to many different tastes. Our talented multi-instrumental performers can produce as much sound as a six or seven-piece band can!

We will approach your event with enthusiasm, professionalism, and an accommodating attitude to make sure that you and your guests have the best and most unique experience. Our diverse repertoire allows us to personalize our song selections to the client's taste and make adjustments for different settings: mild or wild, cocktail or kegger! Our main goal is to get the crowd dancing and make every show a night to remember.

Instrumentation: three-part vocal harmonies, electric and acoustic guitars, keyboards, bass, drums and percussion. This band does not use pre-recorded music backing tracks - - - what you hear is 100% live while still producing a faithful and energetic rendition of the song.

• This band was very professional. It all started with their preparation before the event. They really cared about what we wanted and they went above and beyond by learning new songs. We all had a great night because of Take Cover. I really recommend this band for any event, because they are able to adapt to any crowd. These guys came down from Austin after playing the night before at the Driskoll Hotel and really performed like it was there only night playing that week. All the band members were great. • UNB was PERFECT in every way. They are extremely talented and sounded fantastic. In fact, we have several audio and video files we sent to the band to help showcase how good they sound live. • UNB rocks. This band is fantastic, and was the most professional of all of the groups from which we got bids. They are acccommodating, flexible, and all-around-great to work with. • UNB did an amazing job at our wedding. They were very professional which allowed me to not worry about the band at all and focus on having fun during the reception. • UNB made my parents 50th Wedding Anniversary a huge success! Several people came up to me during the party to ask where I found the band and to say how much they liked them. Scott was so sweet and did a wonderful job of making my parents feel special on their big day. Mandy is an incredible talent - her voice has great range. The whole band was very friendly and you could tell they were having so much fun. They did a very good job of having the volume just right so that we didn't have to yell over the music but we were drawn to the dance floor.
