DESCRIPTION:
The Unnamed Band is an Austin area cover band focusing on classic rock and pop music. Each show includes a selection of the best songs of the 60's, 70's, 80's and 90's, with a little bit of disco, R&B, country and current music added in, based on the audience preference. The 4-piece band features female and male lead vocals which allow for a great versatility in range of material. The instrumentation includes 2 guitars, keyboard, bass, drums and auxiliary percussion and three-part vocal harmonies. At this time the band does not use pre-recorded music backing tracks, instead preferring to keep what you hear a 100% live experience. UNB's audiences often comment on the wide range of types of music in one show! There really is something for everyone within the song list. The large repertoire of the band also allows for adjustment to different settings and atmospheres: mild or wild, cocktail or kegger!
