DESCRIPTION:
The Class of '68" is a 1960's rock and roll band that captures the energy and enthusiasm of, what many would consider, the "golden age" of Top 40's greatest hits. Anyone who grew up in Chicago with WLS or WCFL will recognize Class of '68 standards like "Bend Me, Shape Me"... "The Letter"...and..."Devil With The Blue Dress". These and many other timeless classics, take the listener on a journey back to a simpler time and place. Those hearing 60's music for the first time are guaranteed to fall in love with it. Those hearing them for the first time in awhile are guaranteed to fall in love with it all over again. 60's rock and roll is truly "feel good music for everyone." The Class of '68 has just released its second full length CD and has performed in all sorts of venues from country clubs to summer festivals and everything in between. The band has also been one of a handful of Chicago area bands selected twice in three years to perform at the Suburban Park and Recreation Association annual showcase. No need to worry about the band's appearance, they always "dress the part" and use vintage equipment. If you haven't seen a Vox Super Beatle since the "Fab Four" played Shea Stadium, you won't be disappointed. The band usually appears in the Abbey Road Beatle jackets, as well as the "Hard Days Night Suit." The Class of '68 has six members, providing a full sound with a wide range of styles that smaller acts simply cannot duplicate. If you are looking for a fun, upbeat, professional band that will appeal to a broad audience, you can't go wrong with the Class of '68!

CLIENT FEEDBACK:
I don't know where to start ... The Class of '68 was the best band I have ever hired, and I've hired a few. They were fun, outgoing, very easy to get long with and nice guys. We received SO many compliments from our guests, but the best one was, "This was the perfect party. Just hire the same band, same caterer, use the same decorations. You're not going to do any better than this." Thanks for hooking us up with The Class of '68.
