What our clients say
"We recently hired American Cheese to perform at the Your Wedding Indianapolis Magazine Christmas Party, and they surpassed all expectations. They kept the party going with great songs from the ‘80s that everyone knew. They were definitely the highlight of the evening. Take this from someone who has plenty of experience in the entertainment industry that has heard a lot of different bands - American Cheese is one of the top 5 live bands here in Indianapolis, and I will definitely have them at one of our functions again. They are very professional, easy to work with and will go above and beyond to make your event a success. Thank you, American Cheese, you guys rocked!" - Jeff Duncan - Vice President of Your Wedding Magazine
"What a band!!! I was planning a surprise 40th birthday party for my husband and was looking for an ’80s band. When I saw American Cheese's description, I knew they would be perfect … and they did not disappoint. They got into the ’80s theme, even dressed the part! They got the crowd dancing and were an absolute blast. They were professional and extremely talented! Everybody kept asking me, "Where did you find this band?" We will definitely use them for future functions." - Shannon Gigante
"We recently hired American Cheese for a national medical-related convention that was in town. From the moment the group walked into the event it was the perfect celebration atmosphere. American Cheese knows how to play just the right music at the right time. During dinner, you couldn’t help but tap your toes to the tunes, and then as soon as it was time to get everyone up and moving, they did just that! The band was very attentive to the crowd and provided just the right atmosphere for the group to kick back and enjoy themselves! Great job, guys!" - Rachael Vaught, Professional Conventions and Meetings, Inc. (ProCaM)
"We surprised my wife with a surprise 40th birthday party at the Rathskeller. The centerpiece of the evening was a three-hour performance by American Cheese. We had around 75 people at the party, which had an ’80s theme, and the band over-delivered all night long!
The songs they selected were perfectly in-line with the theme, and the execution by the band was flawless. But even beyond that, the band brought a ton of energy and made the night very special by allowing the guests to pick specific songs they wanted to hear as well as bringing my daughter on stage to perform with the band!
I would recommend American Cheese to anyone, for any occasion. If you haven’t heard them play, find out where they are playing next and make it a point to spend an evening with them – it is well worth it!" - Brian Kelley
"WOW ... American Cheese ROCKS! American Cheese played at our company's
Christmas party. They were very good at interacting with the guests. They had people dancing I never thought would dance. Everyone had a wonderful time. The band members were very energetic, accommodating and a total blast.
I would recommend hiring American Cheese - the booking process was very quick and easy compared to others out there. We will definitely have them back again." - Julie Beyers, Keller Crescent
"We enjoy having American Cheese at the Moon Dog. They are professional and easy to work with. Our crowd likes to dance, and they love their music. It's always a good time." - John Luros, owner, The Moon Dog Tavern
“This band gets the party started early and keeps it going all night! It’s hit after hit - they keep ’em on their feet and dancing from start to finish. American Cheese is a crowd-pleasing experience that never disappoints!” - Matt Vaught, director of food and beverage, The Sagamore Club
“We really enjoyed it! You guys have a really tight band! I really enjoyed it when Tim Allen got up and sang for his wife. I know they had a great time as did everyone else at the party! Thanks!” - Rick Pierson, owner, Adaggios
"We want to specifically thank American Cheese for donating your time and talents for a terrific show. Our audience thoroughly enjoyed your performance. Our event could not work without people like you." - Jason Grisell, Indiana AIDS Fund
