Cover Story is an AWESOME down to earth band! We had such a laid back wedding reception and people are still commenting a week after about how the band made the party! The music they played was such a great variety for all the wide range of age groups we had there. They played a special Cash song for my dad. They were so accomodating and really planned the music for us so I could focus on other things. My family and friends kept saying how it was obvious the band LOVED music and were into the party! Our family is already discussing having a family reunion next year and having Cover Story back because they were awesome and they were affordable! Thank you!!!

If you want a band that will bring up the energy level at your event, look no further than Cover Story. Not only were they extremely accommodating and professional, they got many people who I have never seen dance up onto the dance floor. Cover Story even learned two relatively uncommon songs as special requests, and the songs were played impeccably! Best of all, their rate was extremely affordable.
All in all, Cover Story was amazing. Affordable rate, extremely talented musicians, and very professional and accommodating. If I know of any event that would be great with a live band, I will always call up Cover Story, and you should too.

Cover Story was extremely accommodating. They invited us into their homes, helped me outline the events of the reception, and thoroughly entertained our guests. I highly recommend this band for your wedding or any function for that matter where you really want to shake it up. They are professional and they really know how to appeal to a very diverse crowd and get them up on the dance floor.

Cover Story did an AMAZING job at our wedding. They took the time and learned our first dance and even learned the song that I danced with my dad to. Cover Story had all the guests dancing and having a blast during the reception. All the music was upbeat and very appropriate for a wedding reception. All the guests were impressed with all the different styles of music and raved how great they sounded. I would recommend this band to anyone who is looking for a talented and a wonderful sounding band. We had a wonderful day and having Cover Story there made the day even better.

They were a real hit at our annual alumni reunion, rocking the stage and keeping people dancing from start to finish! They sound great, cover a wide range of popular music that appealed to a wide cross-section of ages, and had a high-energy stage presence. I received a number of post-event compliments on the band. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a fun party!

WOW! Cover Story was PERFECT.
We really needed some organization in pulling off this surprise and without hesitation the bands Manager Susan really stepped up to help us with the planning, timing and organization of this very special event.
I have never booked an event like this, especially one On-Line and we couldn’t have been more pleased. We had so many people asking us where we found you and how could they hire you for their party’s.
Thank you, we couldn’t have pulled this off without you guys, especially Susan and we really appreciate all the extra special attention to detail that made our event a very special one for our family.

We hired Cover Story for a holiday party at the Crystal Ballroom. What a great venue, but also, what a GREAT band! They played all the great classics we love and a few new ones also. They were very professional, both before the party (dealt with the venue directly since I had no clue about power, lighting, sound, etc.) and during the performance. The age range was great, but everyone had fun. Whether they were listening at their table or dancing the night away, my staff thoroughly enjoyed every minute! Thanks for the great night and the wonderful memories!

We hosted our first annual NW BMW Motorfest for the Oregon BMW CCA. We were looking for a band to play a good general selection of music and Cover Story was recommended to us. We listened to them online and hired them. They blew us away. They exceeded our expectations and the feedback from those that attended the event was extremely positive. The band rocks! We look forward to hiring them again. And its so cool to see a female drummer. Susan, you rock girl! The band is very talented and enjoyed the variety that you all sang and played. What a great night! Cover Story is a FIVE STAR act and they are absolutely FANTASTIC! The Vocals, Professionalism and Musicianship this band has are EXCEPTIONAL. We were all blown away by the vocals and music, we also loved the song list because it had something for everyone. Cover Story even stepped up to help MC our award ceremony without hesitation.
Our event was a complete success and everyone was happy and dancing till the end of the night just like we wanted them too. We would recommend Cover Story to anyone wanting to hire live entertainment for their special event, they were wonderful to work with.

We thought the band sounded great and performed really well! We really appreciated them learning some new songs for us as well. However, a few things didn't run as smoothly as we thought it would as far as scheduling, communicating, and transitioning. We know they haven't performed a lot of weddings so this may be the reason for that. But overall we were satisfied with their performance and we received a lot of compliments from our guests.
