We are a high energy, FUN, rock 'n' roll band in the Chicagoland area playing classic rock, 80s, and modern hits! Music from Tom Petty, U2, John Mellencamp, Jimmy Buffet, Grateful Dead, Beatles, Queen, Rolling Stones, Pearl Jam, and MORE! Your group will sing and dance along to all of your favorite classic rock songs. Your wedding, corporate event, or private party will be a blast with music from Big Boss and The Toes! We can work with you to tailor a set list that you are thrilled with. We can even learn a special song for your event to make it extra special. We come with pro sound and lights so the show can setup anywhere.
Our Sound:
Soaring guitar riffs, killer vocals, and tight harmonies define the Big Boss and The Toes sound! Audiences will sing, dance, and clap along to our setlist of crowd favorite songs and someone WILL play cowbell with the band!
Our Band:
Members of Big Boss and The Toes have been a part of the Chicagoland music scene and have supported national acts such as 10,000 Maniacs, Collective Soul, Dave Mason, The Fixx, Belinda Carlisle, and Robert Palmer. The group donates our time to support several charitable causes including the Super Jake Foundation, CMT disease research, and local churches.
Unplugged!
Big Boss and The Toes “Unplugged” is a 3 person version of the band focusing on acoustic guitar and vocals. Songs from Elton John, James Taylor, Peter Gabriel, Black Crows, Elvis, Dave Mason, The Eagles, and MORE! Great for a smaller gathering or a fun intimate occasion.

We had an amazing experience with the band. They kept the party going and were very easy to work with. They were a lot of fun and we would hire them again for another event. I highly recommend this band. Brian is responsive and they were willing to learn a few songs for our event which made it extra special.

Big Boss and the Toes were AMAZING for the party my husband and I held at our home! We spoke with Brian several times leading up the event and he was always friendly and accommodating. The day of the event, they showed up right on time to start the set up. My guests were highly impressed with the band and they exceeded my expectations. I will 100% call them again when I need live music in the future.

Hiring this band was the best decision that I made for my 40th birthday party. From the get-go, they were super flexible and easy to work with. They sent me their setlist and invited feedback. They were professional, funny, sweet, and just had such a good excited, positive energy. That was all in just the planning part of the party. And then, I met them at the party and they exceeded my expectations even more. They were pure rockstars. The music was a blast and got everyone in the room dancing. I couldn't recommend these guys any higher. I love them and can't wait to party with them again at any future party.
