The Retreat is comprised of 5 seasoned musicians from the metro Atlanta area with many years of experience playing in other bands of various styles who came together to write, record, and play their own original soulful rock music. They have now focused their talents in creating a legit variety band with the youth and energy to keep your party going all night!
You can expect well-arranged songs that cover everything from Sinatra, to Motown, to 70's funk, to country and alternative rock, to today's pop hits -- sung by versatile male and female vocalists, and backed up by a tight rhythm section, intertwining keyboard and guitar parts, and soulful saxophone playing. The Retreat make your party one to remember!
The Retreat is equally at home playing original music or covers in a club or venue, acoustic coffeehouse setting, wedding, corporate event, or worship service (all 5 members of the band play weekly for Atlanta-area churches).

"The band did an amazing job at our wedding. They played a wide range of music and kept guests on the dance floor the whole night. They were so nice and accommodating and truly great to work with. They did a great job with everything from jazz to contemporary songs. We have gotten many complements on them from our guests and would definitely recommend them to anyone who is looking for a band for their next event!"
