The Laughing Freemen are:
Danny Banfield - Lead Vocals, Guitar; Greg Pretty - Lead Guitar, Vocals; Peter Davison - Kybd, Guitar, Vocals
John Brennan - Bass Guitar, Vocals; Neal Gaudet - Drums
The Freemen came together as a result of numerous jams held throught the Halifax, Nova Scotia region back in 2007. Sharing a common joy for great danceable rock n roll from all eras, the band has performed throughout Eastern Canada, at bars, festivals, special events, corporate functions, and private parties. The Freemen play a special blend of "songs you forgot you loved" - Classic rock/pop/new wave/funk/motown. Theme shows (60's, 70's, 80's, CanCon, Acoustic Pop) and interactive "join the band" parties are also options when booking The Freemen.
The Laughing Freemen have a combined 100 years of live performance experience waiting to entertain your guests in whatever musical fashion you desire. Simply put, the Laughing Freemen put on a great party!
