Rusty Rose is truly Honky-Tonk music at it's best.
Rusty Rose, a solid Red Dirt band out of Branson, Mo.
A five year Journey between the fusion of Rock and Country and a refusal to commit to one specific genre, has become the unique sound of Rusty Rose. We're glad, but it is accidental that we fit in so well with the new genre that everybody is calling *red dirt*, maybe it*s because the roots of our music is deep seeded in traditional country...but we can*t help it, we gotta get loud!!!!
Hence, the name..... it*s not a person, *Rusty, *......it*s an adjective, describing the sharp, metal rock side of our music......*Rose, *.....is the elegant, traditional, tear your heart out country sound.
Influenced by Bakersfield Sound to the Seattle Grunge and crash landed in the Missouri Ozarks So, get your boots on, your jeans, your cowboy hat, if you got one, OR... spike up your hair and attach a chain to your wallet, and pierce your lip...or do both, or all of it..cuz we got something for ya either way!
