DESCRIPTION:
Mr. Rag Time is a registered Colorado trade name and has been for 56 years and the style of music you will hear is a type you will never forget. Unlike many entertainers it is his intent to have a very distinctive style that you could walk into any place and hear and you would immediatley know who was playing. (ala/Floyd Cramer). The year of 2008 is dedicated to the class of 1958 of St. Patrick's Academy in Sidney Nebraska. This was also the year Mr. Rag Time appeared on Televison the first time in the town of Kearney, Nebraska. Unlike many musicians, Mr. Rag Time, does not need money for music and although he does not normally play for free his charges can vary a great deal because he is not financially motivated as many are.
Please note Mr. Rag Time does not sing nor play along with anyone else. He also likes to use his own piano. Listen and watch for the new upcoming audio's on this page! Coming in October, Novemberof 2008. Due to so many other engagements this has kept changing, but we are working on it. Don't give up!!!! Dance music of various types, however, most music in selection ranges
from early 1900's thru 1960's. Some later and some earlier but most
designed with the dancer in mind. This fiscal year 8-1-08 to 7-31-09 will most likely be Mr. Rag Time's
last year to perform! Mr. Rag Time has been featured in venues in Korea, Japan, Canada and in about every state in the union. That's what 56 years in the business will do for you. 1. Have 1000's of references from the Guilded Garter in Central City
in the 1960's to Cherry Hills Country Club in the 1990's. The
Broadmoor to the Brown Palace and over the years he's been at all
major venues in Colorado. Performed at Heritage Square in the
early 1980's. Korea & Japan in 1966 & 1967. All of 234 Retirement
Centers, Nursing Homes, Senior Centers, Night Clubs, and Shopping
Malls in the Metro Area.
2. May include my own piano and charge to move it to any site. The
charge will be at cost.
3. Available for shopping malls, night clubs, etc.
