Description

Chris Rybak - one of the most popular accordion entertainers in Texas - can be found performing all across the state throughout the year. Combining his love of music, strong Czech Heritage, and arousing charisma, this accordion cowboy has what it takes to entertain audiences through his showmanship and fresh enthusiastic musical style. Chris's show utilizes his talents on the accordion, along with keyboards, a trumpet and vocals.

Rybak has charmed countless audiences of all ages, opinions and musical tastes, as he plays over 150 dates a year that include everything from the Texas Folklife Festival in San Antonio, the German Wurstfest in New Braunfels, Labor Day's Czech West Fest in Central Texas, NAMM Shows in Austin and Anaheim, CA, and the Texas Renaissance Fest in Plantersville (near Houston), just to name a few. Hes taken his music multiple times to Europe, including appearances in the Czech Republic, Germany and Slovakia (the homeland of his beautiful wife Edita).

With influences on his music as varied as that of Hank Williams, Garth Brooks, Flaco Jimenez, Myron Floren, Floyd Cramer, and George Strait, its no wonder that he is capturing the hearts of thousands of people across Texas.

Feedback

  • Chris Rybak made our daughter's wedding day a Valentines Day to remember! He is excellent in making an event memorable for everyone who attends. Watching him have fun with his audience and dancing with them while he plays and sings is great fun to see and experience. An accordian never sounded so good and in the hands of Chris it becomes a part of one great celebration. Also, his ability to emcee was outstanding. Thanks to Chris, our daughters wedding became a celebration to remember. A time to party and truly kick up our heels! Thanks Chris We have nothing but praise for the Accordian Cowboy. -- Karen K, New Ulm, TX, 2/14/2009
  • Chris was awesome. He felt like one of the family members within minutes of his arrival. He gave special attention to my parents (the honorees) while still considering the interests of others. I would hire him in a minute, and recommend him to anyway who wants to have a great time !!!!!! -- Jane B, Colleyville, TX, 9/8/2007
