After tallying the thousands of votes this year, Rachel Steele and Road 88 won the award for best Americana/Alternative Country band. Having opened for country music greats like Big & Rich, Gretchen Wilson, Trace Adkins, Jason Michael Carol and Mark Chesnutt, Rachel Steele is a force to be reckoned with. As Rachel Steele, and Road 88 band members Scott Prentice (guitar/vocals), Charlie McGimsey (drums), Vinnie Panteleoni (bass), Bob Kinney (guitar) and Tony Windle (keys) are catapulted into 2014, they are working harder than ever to continue bringing their heart-pounding performances to a wider range of audiences.
