Description
Hi, we are THE HOME TOWN BOYZ and we play a variety of country, bluegrass, classic rock and original tunes. A few of these tunes have hit the charts in the USA and Europe inflating our egos and making us "LEGENDS IN OUR OWN MIND". We are very audience friendly and a lot of fun. Heck, even Elvis makes an appearance at all of our shows. We play the good old 50's and 60's rock n roll and country along with some great fiddle and banjo bluegrass tunes and some 70's and 80's tunes mixed in for fun. . Five seasoned musicians, you will be very happy with us. We love parties, clambakes, festivals, fairs, weddings, etc. We may even make the audience laugh with a joke or two. We promise a good time. Everyone in the band is super friendly and very easy to work with. Our desire is to give you 110% of our energy, passion and heart. We will work super hard for your event and we promise to bring a lot of smiles and fun to your crowd. We are very versatile with our sound. We can jump from bluegrass to country to rock n roll and more. Of course we will always work with you to play what you would like to hear. We can get the crowd dancing all night with our guitar and fiddle tunes and we can bring out the slow dancing couples with some cheek to cheek ballads. We are very professional in our approach. We will arrive early, dress appropriately for the occasion, and play as long as you need us to.
All five of us are playing music and performing because we absolutely love it. We don't consider this work or a job, it is a labor of love and a privilege to play at someone's event. please check us out, you will be very happy with us.. . we promise...thanks
here is a little introduction to the band members:
Mike Haduck sings and plays a variety of instruments. He uses several vintage Gretsch guitars on the rock n roll numbers and he plays the fiddle and banjo when we play country and bluegrass. Mike has recorded in Nashville and toured solo in Europe. Mike is a United States Navy veteran. He works as a stone mason. He studied constitutional law and also obtained a real estate broker's license.
Ed Haduck sings and plays a Fender bass. Ed is a veteran of the United States Army. He spent the majority of his working career at the Tobyhanna Army depot. Ed is married to Char and they have one son.
Jim Reap plays drums and sings backing vocals. Jim is a graduate of Penn State University with a degree in Forestry. He is an officer with the Pennsylvania Game Commission. Jim is an avid outdoorsman. He is married to Sue and they have five children, three girls and two boys.

He will wear the complete white jumpsuit (circa 1973) and will belt out Hound Dog, My Way, Suspicious Minds, etc. Always a crowd favorite, Mike has a larger than life personality. Mike will sing God Bless America at the end of each show.
