My experience was very negative. Dustin didn't interact with anyone other than to come and tell me he was present at the event. He basically stood and made balloons without engaging anyone. He stood in one spot until we told him to move closer to the inflatables where most of the children were playing. I consider the fee we paid for his services a complete waste of money and will never recommend him to any other organization. Very dissatisfied. The only thing that would have been worse would have been if he hadn't shown up.

I think what Mandy doesn't realize is that I was there for the kids, and interacted with them. I showed up to the event half an hour early, so I could check in with Mandy, as well as prepare for the show. She asked me what I usually do for an event such as she had, and I told her that I usually just stroll, making balloon animals. After about 15 minutes, she told me that it would be best if I stood up by the registration table, so to fulfill her wishes, I did just that. At that time, there were only a handful of children there. Each one of them had been given a balloon animal at that time. After 15 minutes of standing where Mandy had directed me to be,

Dustin did a great job and after the show he made balloon animals for the children. The Kids raelly enjoyed the show as did the rest of the audience.
