Adam Mamawala

Adam Mamawala is a 24 year old stand-up comedian from New Jersey. In 2007, he was the winner of the New Jersey Comedy Festival, a statewide competition to find the funniest college comedian in NJ. Over the course of the past year and a half, Adam has performed at over 50 colleges across 20 states, showcased at 4 NACA and 3 APCA conferences, played the House of Blues in Las Vegas, and opened for Joel McHale! He was also recently named one of Funny or Die/Spashlife's "30 Under 30: Comedians to Watch"!

Adam has performed stand-up for the past six years, and he has had the chance to appear at some of the top venues in the tri-state area, including Caroline's, Gotham, and Broadway Comedy Club in New York City.

Adam's Youtube comedy channel was the 5th most subscribed to channel for the first week after the account had been created, receiving hundreds of comments and 5-star ratings. Adam released his first full-length comedy album "Parsi-ppany on a Wed-nes-day", which is currently available on iTunes, in the summer of 2009, this past summer, he released his first full length DVD, "Never Have I Ever".

Adam prides himself on being able to cater to any crowd, and he offers a PG-R rated set depending upon the request of the buyer.

• Adam Mamawala is ready for Prime Time!!! I hired Adam to host a pilot for a game show and he was absolutely brilliant. Though he is a standup comic one would think that he has been hosting game shows for years. He was in complete control from start to finish. He remembered his lines, made the contestants feel comfortable, added just the right amount of humor and needed no direction from the producer. Mother Nature was uncooperative during the taping but Adam did not flinch. He stayed focused and composed the entire time.
