We booked Funcharacters for our daughters 5th birthday party, which was a costume party. We advised Funcharacters of this fact and to hopefully come in theme, this did not happen. The Balloon Artist that showed up did not engage with the children and I would say had limited experience in making balloon animals, etc. and only had 3 different colored balloons. I am very disappointed in what I thought was going to be a unique aspect for our party. Needless to say I am very disappointed in what I received in service in regards to what I paid $$$ for one hour. I would not recommend this company for any event, especially a kids birthday party. Again extremely disappointed.

Kyle: Thanks for your feedback. The balloon twister was booked a non-costumed twister. Yes, you did inform us that it was a Halloween theme but again it was not booked as costumed. I spoke to the Twister and her feedback was that the party went well. She said she was asked for a few balloon shapes she was not familiar with but said she would try to make them. From her perspective she thought your party was a great success and you seemed satisfied and very nice. She said she was asked to make 12 more balloons to leave there before she left which she happily did for you. Funcharacters has a great reputation in the Twin Cities.

I chose funcharacters for my daughters 1st birthday. The minnie mouse character and balloon twister was a hit with the kids. I will definitely be using them for my future parties.

Not impressed at all!!! Only made two different kind of balloons. Told our guests she learned how to balloon twist on u tube. Not professional. Not interactive with guests or kids. My husband and I were in complete embarrassment!!!
