Pop Pop The Magic Clown

Pop Pop The Magic Clown offers three hours of fun and memories with his all-around expertise in face painting, magic show and balloon animals. Pop Pop can also customize any party or event to fit your particular needs and budget. Pop Pop was trained by Ringling Brothers clowns and prides his self in being able to relate to children of all ages as he performs. His act is interactive as he strives to include the children as his "Clown Helpers" so they feel a part of the show. He arrives early to put the children at ease and is there to greet them at the door. His makeup and costume is soft so the young kids are not frightened by heavy makeup. In today's world parents are concerned about who is in their house and working with the children. To put your mind at ease Pop Pop is cleared by the FBI and State Police. He also works as a Mentor in the Delaware Elementary School system where he has been cleared by both the police and Board of Education. Pop Pop is also the exclusive clown entertainer for the Delaware Dairy Queen Grill and Chill, having performed there for seven years.


Pop Pop follows a "one stop shopping" approach for his parties. He brings tables, face paint chairs, balloons and whatever is necessary for his entertaining your guests so you may direct your attentions to other aspects of your party planning. If requested he will assist in your obtaining other needed services at no extra costs to you. Whether it is a birthday party, picnic, opening or any other special occasion, your event is a priority to Pop Pop and your satisfaction is a primary concern to him. This includes arriving on time (he likes to get there ahead of time to greet the kids), treating your guests with respect and courtesy and paying special attention to the guest of honor.


PARTY SERVICES INCLUDE:


FACE PAINTING: Pop Pop brings face painting charts so the children can choose their personal designs. Pop Pop also does simple designs for those who do not wish the full face painting and has a large collection of "tattoo" stamps. all face paints are approved and tested "Paradise" brand which is hypoallergenic, non-toxic and water soluble, of the highest quality.


BALLOON ANIMALS: Pop Pop makes about 40 different balloon animals and if the groups of children are small, he can give instructions on balloon making.


MAGIC: Pop Pop is a trained magician who specializes in stage and close up magic for children. At parties he uses stage type magic with a sitting and interactive audience. Pop Pop has been a volunteer at the A I Dupont Hospital for children and a member of the organization known as "Caring Clowns" which provides clowns for area hospitals.

He actively does clown volunteer work for a variety of cancer organizations and offers "outcall" parties for home-bound cancer afflicted children. He has been a Substitute Teacher, Mentor and entertainer in Delaware schools. Pop Pop is a member of Clowns of America, international; Mid Atlantic Clown Association and the World Clown Association.
