Description

Funny and on FIRE, the multi-talented Heather Pearl fills any stage and illuminates every event lucky enough to have her. Stilt Walker, juggler, clown, magician--Heather weaves her skills together, performing as numerous different characters. Her stilt characters include: an Angel, Wizard, Jester, Aunt Samantha, Mod Party Girl, Cowgirl, Mardi Gras, Scarecrow, and a dozen more. Mz. Pearl's Variety Clown Show is perfect for family audiences and has performed at numerous festivals, libraries and other events. As one organizer said last year, "that was the most engaged of any audience the whole weekend. I couldn't have dragged my family away" This year she is even available for birthday parties. Heather is also a co-artistic director of the Nomadic Theatre Co, and works to create original theatre based in the traditions of Physical Theater.

Heather performed in an assisted-care facility for about 75 elderly residents. The venue, an exansive lobby, was not ideal for a "stage performance," but Heather mingled very well and showed an excellent rapport with the residents. -- Gary S, Eugene, OR, 4/25/2009
