The NY Hysterical Society is more than comedians. We are producers that also provide you with sound and lighting if needed, as well as designing your marketing posters, flyers and websites to promote your event. We are a group of about 800 stand up comics from the NYC and Northeast that offer services to regional venues, clubs, organizations, corporations, and other sources for their shows and events that require professional comics. The NY (New York) Hysterical Society is a business dedicated to providing comedy entertainment with top stand-up or stand up comics. All comics on the roster are approved by owner, Bernie Furshpan, who also runs the comedy school for beginner and advanced comics, teaching them skills and entertainment business basics. The NY Hysterical Society provides comics to many venues and events, and not limited to: black male and female comics, Jewish and Christian comics, funny hilarious comedians that work in Carolines, Gotham Comedy Club, Stand Up New York, Comic Strip Live, Comedy Cellar, Broadway Comedy Club and many other clubs and venues.
