Bill Boronkay

Bill Boronkay was a sportscaster with a bright future. After stops in West virginia, Evansville, Indiana and Kansas City, Bill landed in sunny Cleveland, where he was assigned various hazardous duties.

Along the way, Bill won 5 emmy's, one of which is proudly displayed behind a lamp in his mother's home office.

After a failed audition with ESPN (a mirror was involved), Boronkay reevaluated his career and took off in lukewarm pursuit of his true 14th dream...and stand up. Boronkay continues to work in Cleveland tv, hosting the, "High School Sports Insider" on Sportstime Ohio and announcing football for Cox Communications. Bill also co hosts "About Last Night," on the new Digital Sports Network ( from 6a-9a) where he entertains internet viewers on their morning commute to their kitchens. Boronkay continues to travel and share his less than remarkable experiences.

On the personal side, Bill resides in a suburban trailer park with his 6 kids and their 7 mothers.
