Robert was the ultimate professional! He was punctual, well-prepared and just an all-around nice guy. We'd recommend him for any kind of function, but were thrilled with his performance at our wedding. His performance added just the right touch.

Robert played the music for our wedding ceremony this past weekend and it was perfect! I had many people comment on how much they enjoyed his playing and I couldn't agree more. I would recommend Robert for anyone looking for that "Scottish touch" to their event!

Robert was excellent. I would not hesitate to recommend him or hire him myself again. I was beyond pleased with his services. I had several people comment on how much they loved the Bagpipes. Robert was extremelly professional well mannered, and well dressed! All of the guests raved about him, and a large marjority of our guests flew in from Scotland, so they definitly knew what they were talking about. People said that when he started they all got chills. Also, all of the single girls thought that he was super cute, and were quite sad when he left : ) All in all, I think that he made our ceremony really stand out!

Robert was very patient and satisfied our every request. It was very hot and he was dressed to the 9's in his attire, but he never complained. He allowed everyone to take a picture with him and was a very good sport. He was excellent at answering questions about bagpiping and was very approachable for the guests to talk to. I would highly recommend him to anyone for a party or event. He was the talk of the night at our function and it really was a unique experience. Robert was fantastic. He was only booked for a short amount of time for our wedding but played beautifully. He was early, played some extra tunes outside and was most courteous to all of the guests. Even though I never met him before the ceremony, he kept in good contact over the phone and made sure he stayed updated with the details. Everyone should have Robert play for their occasion. Our experience with Robert was great overall--he was flexible with our plans, as they changed somewhat since we first booked him. He arrived well in advance of our event (a wedding), he came in full dress (and looked very sharp), and the music was beautiful. The only negative feedback I can give (and this was very minor)--was that he was walking ahead of our guests and leading them to the ceremony, but he walked very quickly and some guests seemed to have a hard time keeping up, I'm told. Still, the music was beautiful and he was very accomodating; I am so glad we booked Robert. In my opinion, the bagpipes were a special touch that MADE our ceremony, and many guests commented on how lovely the music was and how much they enjoyed it. Personally, I had always wanted bagpipes at my wedding, and hearing Robert play was so poignant, it truly was like my childhood wedding fantasy coming true. I would absolutely recommend Robert to a friend.

Robert's beautiful playing at my mother's graveside service gave the family and guests such a feeling of peace and comfort. His music has a way of toughing the soul I know my mother would have been pleased. He is a real gentleman and I would recommend him for any occasion. He made one of the most difficult days a little bit better and I'm grateful he was there.

Robert McCallion was wonderful. His musical skill and choice of music added so much to my Mother's Funeral. The Friends attending the service were profuse in their compliments about him. I especially appreciated his agreeable attitude. The Funeral was intended to be Graveside. Due to cold weather and rain the location was changed at the last minute to a location difficult to find. Robert arrived one hour ahead, played outside twenty minutes as Guests arrived and closed the service with "Amazing Grace". Not only is Robert a gifted musician, he is polite and very handsome. Anyone needing a Piper should call Robert McCallion
