The Shrewsbury String Quartet is composed of professional musicians in the South Jersey/Greater Philadelphia area and for many years has applied beautiful music for various weddings, dinner parties and other elegant services. Please call or email us for a free demo CD.
You will find that we are very easy to work with. We understand how stressful it can be to organize your wedding and hope that our friendly, helpful approach and familiarity with the course of events at weddings will help to make your day run smoothly. We provide a wonderful background and set an elegant and romantic mood, allowing for conversation among guests, require no amplification, and will enhance both formal and informal occasions. We are also very familiar with Catholic Wedding Masses and are very comfortable with or without an organist.

- I cannot say enough about the Shrewsbury String Quartet! They were an absolutely wonderful addition to our wedding ceremony. Tony Gizzi was great to work with and very helpful in music selection. We received numerous compliments from our guests about their playing, and my only complaint was that I didn't get to hear enough myself! - After they got warmed up they were good. I was disappointed they did not gauge the event as well as they could have. They were to take a cue from the minister when to start the wedding party and they began without taking the cue. Overall they sounded very well.
