Sonatina Flute And Strings Classical Quartet from Mendocino, CA

Sonatina Flute and Strings is a highly professional group of classical musicians. We are based on the Mendocino Coast of California and are willing to travel to the Bay Area, as well, including Sonoma and Napa. We take pride in our work and do everything possible to make sure that a bride's or client's music is the highlight of the day. We are more than happy to play songs that are special to a wedding couple or guest of honor and to interact with the guests in creative ways. We play classical, Celtic, show tunes, Renaissance, tangos and waltzes, Disney and Beatles, popular and Jewish. The four instruments are flute, violin, viola, and cello. Any of these instruments can play as a solo or in any combination with the others. Prices are per musician and so are less for smaller numbers of players. We have fun playing for events and make sure everyone hearing the music has fun, as well. We have been known to improvise show tunes for a special guest to sing or to play children's songs if a group of children is nearby. We arrive at the site well in advance, provide all equipment necessary other than flat chairs without arms, and can move quickly from one location to another. We interact in a friendly, cooperative way with both guests and event coordinators and can be counted on to add a special flair to your special event.
