VOTED 2011 RISING STAR ON GIGMASTERS!!! Singer Lindsey Scott has been praised for her sultry yet powerful vocal sound, singing a romantic international style of music like that of Sarah Brightman and Josh Groban; including a repertoire ranging from traditional Opera, Broadway, to Contemporary Popera styles.

Lindsey has also performed numerous Broadway and Opera roles, including the lead role of "Nellie" in "South Pacific" at the Luckman Theatre in downtown Los Angeles and the role of "Susanna" in "The Marriage of Figaro" with Full Circle Opera at the Coronet Theatre in LA.

This young Southern California native started training her voice at the tender age of nine and has well over 16 years of training and performance experience. A natural born talent she has studied in both New York and Los Angeles and has graced the stages of theatres and concert halls across the country

Lindsey is a graduate of Music and Theatre from The Los Angeles County High School for the Arts and was accepted to The Boston Conservatory with a full vocal scholarship.

Recent Performances & Accolades
In the past few months Lindsey has performed a concert raising money for local "Boys and Girls" charities in Palm Desert as well as participating in a concert bound for PBS in Europe and performing at The Four Seasons hotel to benefit Cancer research. Most recently, she has been a featured vocalist for the Russian River Valley's "Concert with the Artisans" alongside famed tenor Nick Palance as well as performances at The Venetian and Planet Hollywood casinos in Las Vegas and the Versace Mansion in South Beach, Florida. An award winning classical singer, Lindsey has participated in many prestigious vocal competitions including: SCVA, The Spotlight Awards, John Child Walker, and many more.

• Lindsey performed at my mother-in-law's life celebration service. Lindsey took a poem we had given her and put it to song. It was beautiful. She sang two other songs flawlessly. Both my husband and I were asked by more than half the guests who this amazing singer was. We were booked into a medium sized reception room without the greatest acoustics, but Lindsey made it sound like a concert hall. We are passing her contact info to all of our 120 guests.
