Katherine Denler, Harpist Harpist from East Lansing, MI

Katherine Denler has been performing for a wide variety of events since 2004. Weddings, cocktail hours, tea times, holiday brunches, church services, orchestra concerts, outdoor festivals, are just a few of the diverse venues Katherine has found herself in the last 10 years. Currently, Katherine is located in the East Lansing area to attend MSU, but travels monthly for different concerts and gigs, within the Midwest. Katherine is a classically trained harpist, and holds degrees in Harp Performance from University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana and Indiana University Jacobs School of Music. Because of this extensive training, Katherine is available to play a wide variety of repertoire, from classical standard to pop, light jazz to avant-garde. Requests for unusual music are welcome though Katherine will give recommendations based on what she thinks will work best on the instrument. Pricing listed is just an estimate from lowest hourly rate available to cost of simple wedding service. Please keep in mind travel expenses, harp cartage, and lodging could factor into final prices.
